I called Precision at 9AM and technician KB Byelan was at my home by noon. He diagnosed the reason my garage door would not open and made the repair in minutes. I was impressed from the initial phone call at 7:30pm to the completion of the service. Someone actually answered the phone at night. I was set up for an appointment 1st thing the next morning. I immediately got an email confirmation of the service call. The tech call and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us several different options on the repairs and explained the different options. He performed the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Riley as a service tech. I felt the customer service was great as well as the tech.

Called to set up a appointment and they set it up for the same day. Walker was the tech and he was very precise on what was the problem was as soon as the looked at the door. He replaced the two springs and adjusted things that was needed. He did a great job and would refer him and your company to everyone that needs work on there garage door.
