Wes was fantastic! Same day inspection & service. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, patient and made sure we understood any problems, how he could fix it & to call if we had any issues. Pretty cool that trucks are fully stocked and ready to rock and roll. Odd 5% upcharge, but would definitely recommend. PGD is now our go-to for the future! Wes completed the perfect garage door opener install at our home yesterday. He is professional, courteous and his communication is thorough. We called Precision on a Sunday when the garage door broke and they set an appointment for Monday between 12:00 and 2:00 and they were here on time and did a great job on the garage door. Garage door cable shredded and called to have it repaired. An hour after calling for an appointment the technician arrived. Needed a new garage door opener due to age and lack of available parts. The installation was done cleanly, professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. Technician took the time to cover all aspects of the new opener. This is the second time I have used Precision and will continue in the future. I highly recommend them.
