Precision did it again! We noticed our garage door sounded funny when we went to bed. We called first thing in the morning 7:30 and someone was out and fixing our garage by 8:30. I love this company so much. I’ve had a spring break several times and they’ve always have someone out to my house in a few hours.

technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He fixed the issue I was having with my garage door. Because the unit is old, I inquired about replacing it and he took the time to discuss the different options. I will definitely call Precision for any future purchase or repair.

Michael did a wonderful job replacing the broken springs on our garage door. Our door has rare springs that are not always easily available. Luckily, they were in stock and delivered to our house within half an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also, very happy with the same day service. Completed in a timely manner with 100% satisfaction. Thank you!

Michael was fantastic and was on time. He fixed the problem quickly. I thought the service call would be at a minimum of $200. I was shocked when he told me the price which was SIGNIFICANTLY less than $200. Thank you Precision Door Service.

Our garage door became wedged in the door frame with car in garage. Called Precision mid-morning. I was told that Michael was be here by 2:00 that same day. He arrived 30 min early and introduced himself and reviewed the problem situation. In less than an hour, he had door working properly, lubed the door and tightened another fitting on the chain. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went above the required "fix". The price was very fair for the service call and repair. THX Michael...

I had a problem with my garbages door closing. Back on Feb 24 2022 made an appointment. The repairman came tweaked the door senors and ran off. No more than 15 minute. A few weeks later I had the same problem. I was hesitant to call Precision and suffered with the problem. I gave Precision another try and Michael G came over looked at the problem careful and solved the issue. You should train your repairman to follow his work ethics.

I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the service provided by Michael. He was clean polite and friendly. More important he understood what was needed to repair my garage door. I also asked him to correct a couple of issues that I didn't mention to the office. His response was "no problem"! Lastly I felt their prices were very reasonable. The cost didn't leave me feeling like I was taken advantage of. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and will use them again if I have a problem. Thank you Michael!
