Fast service (next day). Repair service done by a knowledgeable serviceman who was also friendly and prompt. While the damage done to our door was more extensive than could be repaired, the door was put on track so that we could easily open and shut it manually. A quote was also given for a new door, and we were advised to contact the original manufacturer about replacing the broken panel of our broken door.

Technician came out to do an estimate; when he came he did a really good job with the explanation and the estimate was fair. Since the tech had all of the equipment to do the install that day, we went ahead and agreed to have it done immediately. 1.5 hours later I had a new garage door opener, 2 new programmed remotes and the quietest garage door opening ever!! I did opt for the belt drive; it is definitelyh worth the extra $$.

We found precision door opener through Home Advisors & we're glad we did. Michael called us the day of installation & told us he was on his way & what time to expect him. We had purchased a garage door opener however Michael told us about the belt driven garage door opener & we decided to box up our garage door opener & went with the belt driven garage door opener. Michael was very professional & did a great job installing the garage opener. Our rating is 5.

Michael was extremely prompt, courteous and conscientious about his work. When he left, our garage door opened quieter then it ever had! Michael Gavandalli, the technician that performed the work on my door hardware, drive belt, and motor was awesome. He worked tirelessly in the heat of the closed garage. Everything on the door but the door and track was replaced. The motor, belt drive, wall switch were replaced. I even have an outside keypad which I've never had. Michael's expertise and professionalism showed no bounds. I cannot believe how quiet the door and opener are. Through Home Advisor.com is how I got in contact with Precision. I will definitely recommend and use Precision for all my future garage door needs.

Our technician Michel was so nice and polite to me. He got out of the truck and introduced himself and told me he would do all he could to remedy our situation with the garage door. He took his time and checked out everything. He explained what as wrong and fixed. I especially appreciated how he showed me the proper way to use the silicone spray for the door. He was so pleasant to be around and he took great pride in doing a professional job. I will certainly call on your company again and highly recommend your company to my friends.

I found Precision through a simple Google search. I chose Precision because they were available on the weekend when we needed them. I will stay a Precision customer because of the outstanding service we received from technician Michael. He throughly assessed and communicated our issue, gave us potential best and worst case scenarios before starting the work, was very professional both before, during and after the service. We really appreciated his communication with us prior to arriving to ensure we knew if he was running late, etc. We weren't left sitting at home guessing when he might (or even if) he arrived like most service people. Would definitely recommend company.
