Our Tech was Michael G. Came to our home on a Sunday, arrived in less than one hour from my call, and did a great job fixing my damaged garage door. Very knowledgeable, explained everything he was going, told me the cost associated with each step, and left 90 minutes later with an operating garage door. Will I call Precision next time?? You bet. and I have shared this with my entire 450 home community !! Donald Tighe

Michael was on time, clearly knew what he was doing, was willing to explain things to me about the operation of my garage door that I couldn't have otherwise known and he did it all with a smile. He is a tech that I would ask for by name in the future. Door now works great and it's much smoother and quieter. Thanks Michael and Precision Door!

Michael did a fantastic job by calling 1/2 hour before he got to the home and then explaining what was going on with the door. When I asked him about a new opener he explained in detail the benefits of a belt driven opener and the warantees. Very pleasant to work with this company and with Michael the technician.

Michael was very professional. He successfully repaired my garage. I can sense that his number 1 goal is customer satisfaction. He installed a new trolley ....old one had broken teeth. (I just selected opener for lack of trolley choice...in the "purchase a new product question)

Michael came today to fix my garage door. He was definitely on time, knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues to me and answer my questions. Extremely polite. I am so happy with the service and I would recommend Precision to anyone. I will definitely use them again. My house is 30 years old and I will need to replace the garage door in a couple of years. I know that I will use Precision. I chose them because they have wonderful reviews which are well deserved. It is so refreshing in this day and age to find a company that is honest. I would recommend them 100% to anyone.

I chose Precision due to its high BB rating and would give 5 star rating. The installer Michael Gavandalli was very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. My only wish would be to have given a better Senior Citezen Discount.
