Michael came today to fix my garage door. He was definitely on time, knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues to me and answer my questions. Extremely polite. I am so happy with the service and I would recommend Precision to anyone. I will definitely use them again. My house is 30 years old and I will need to replace the garage door in a couple of years. I know that I will use Precision. I chose them because they have wonderful reviews which are well deserved. It is so refreshing in this day and age to find a company that is honest. Sunday DIY project resulted in a wracked door and a tension spring needing repair. It was business as usual for these folks. My technician (Michael?) called to ask if it was okay to come an hour early!! Professional, friendly and thorough. he went the extra mile ...even adjusted the belt in the garage door opener. We have been very satisfied each time we have had any dealings with your concern. When you installed our garage door, the men were very professional and did a wonderful job. Today, April 15, 2016 we had to call because our garage door would not close properly. Michael, your employee, kept me posted as to when he would be here, as his previous job took a little longer. He is a fine young man, found my problem and repaired it in a short time. He was very polite, friendly, and did a very good job correcting my problem. We recommend him very highly, as we did the former young men. It appears you have a very good group of employees. Thanks so much for such super and prompt service. I vote 5 stars.

Problem with garage door opening all the way. Called and received same day appointment. Michael arrived and immediately knew what the problem was. After adjusting the springs and settings on the opener, and lubricating all the hinges and rollers, the door worked perfectly once again. Great job Michael!
