Michael was great, as he explained what we needed and the value for our needs. He was very thorough, curious and had to leave before he finished. I felt comfortable leaving Michael there to complete w/o being there. He texted me when he finished and provided a call back number in case I didn't remember what he told me. I recommend Michael and Precision Garage doors 5 stars!!

Highly recommend. Prompt, capable and polite. They do not try to sell you unneeded services. Not cheap, but a good value. They typically have coupons in JAX magazines like Mint. Can save you 50-75 bucks.

I called them on a Friday afternoon thinking I would be lucky to get an appointment on Monday, but they service 7 days a week and were able to come on Sunday. The technician came at the beginning of the appointment range, which was great, and he repaired the garage door quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision based on my experience.

AJ came to the house on time and was finished within an hour with a working overhead door. He knew just what to adjust, installed two springs and made it look easy. Very reasonable priced. They get my recommendation!

Very impressive. Company responded immediately to my call, technician was available and showed up on time. Michael was neat, clean, personable and took the time to show me what the issue was and what to look for in the future. Didn't try to pressure or upsell me in any way, simply resolved my issue for what I considered to be a very fair price. Overall great experience!

For the second time, Precision Garage Door Service, has come to my rescue. Happily, you were able to replace the garage door opener/motor the same day I requested a service call. Congrats on excellent/timely scheduling, and communications with scheduler, technician/installer (Michael) and me! Very much appreciated to have Michael explain what needed to be fixed and why. Also, appreciated Michael's explanation of the new motor, sensors, remotes, & wall control switch. Great service! Already recommended Precision to 2 potential new customers! Thank you.

Highly recommend this Co., very honest, they do not try to swindle you like so many other companies try to do. Their Techs, Michael Gavandalli & A.J. Edmondson were very professional, taking the time to explain options, and what they were doing to the system. I have already recommended this Co. to my neighbor, & I will use in the future. Five Stars

I picked your company because of your 5 star rating. The office staff was very efficient and professional in setting up my appointment. My technician Michael G arrived exactly on time from the time of his phone call, quickly checked out the keypad, replaced it very efficiently, checked and oiled the rollers and was on his way. I could not have been more pleased. I really like that you have your technicians pictures on your website. First time I have ever seen that and was impressed. I will definitely recommend your company.

Precision Garage Door is a model of efficient, customer-centered service. Our technician (Michael G.) outlined a variety of options available to us, explaining in comprehensible terms the pros and cons, costs and benefits, of each. His knowledge of the products and services provided by his company was impressive and reassured us that we had made a wise choice. The job was completed in well under an hour. Our builder-grade garage door is back in operation, quieter and safer than when it was “new”. Thanks, Michael, for your friendly, knowledgeable service. And thanks, Precision Garage Door, for your clean, user-friendly website and collection of informative videos.

We called Precision and spoke with a very kind receptionist who accommodated our appointment needs perfectly. Our technician was Michael and he called to let us know he was on his way and arrived within the window of time we were given. He was super friendly and helpful, and within a couple of minutes was able to diagnose the problem. Not only did he make the necessary repairs, he went above and beyond to give us extra information to help maintain the system we have, but also provided us options in case we wanted to make changes in the future. He stuck around and checked and tightened all springs and bolts so that our door was running smoothly. He was very kind and answered all of our questions with expertise and clarity. We will DEFINITELY call Precision for all of our future garage door needs and we will request Michael!!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and well spoken technicians. Called to ask if I could accommodate an early arrival, which was perfect for me. I was also interested in replacing my door. I had completed the online specifications on the company website for the door to which I had interest. They had all of the information on the new door specs when they serviced the old door. Great service and very well organized. Thank you!

Michael is one of the most professional and friendly people you could ask to arrive at your home for garage door service. Michael replaced two springs and worn bearings and now the doors operate as if they were new. Extremely knowledgeable and explained each step as he performed the magic on my garage doors. Thanks Michael, I will recommend you and your services to our friends.
