I had completed the online specifications on the company website for the door to which I had interest. They had all of the information on the new door specs when they serviced the old door. Our Tech was Michael G. Came to our home on a Sunday, arrived in less than one hour from my call, and did a great job fixing my damaged garage door. Michael did a fantastic job by calling 1/2 hour before he got to the home and then explaining what was going on with the door. Michael came today to fix my garage door. He was definitely on time, knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues to me and answer my questions. Extremely polite. I am so happy with the service and I would recommend Precision to anyone. I will definitely use them again. My house is 30 years old and I will need to replace the garage door in a couple of years.
