We had an issue with our remote keypad entry unit. We called Precision on a Saturday early afternoon and were told the technician would be there between 4-8 that same day. He showed up at 4, diagnosed that the unit was bad, replaced it, checked our garage door, gave us advice and was done in 45 minutes. Our tech, Hayden, was amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and most of all, a really nice guy! Highly recommend this company!

I had no idea what was going on with the garage door and was able to make an appointment for the following business day. Hayden say phenomenal! He arrived on time, is very courteous and professional. You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing.
