I chose Precision because I am fed up with my current garage door company. I have had the same issue 3 times. The garage door opener is 3 years old. I should’ve had that many issues with the travel module. The technician that came by was courteous, professional and very helpful.

I had broken spring on my double hurricane reinforced garage door. Scheduled Monday 0800 service. Making appointment online was effortless and convenient. Cameron called when he was en route and showed up on time. He was courteous, polite and professional. He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done as well as options. He did so with the heart of a teacher rather than that of a salesman. He expeditiously performed the needed repairs and patiently explained everything. He is definitely in the top 1% of technicians/craftsmen I have had over the years. A credit to Precision. Any company would be fortunate to have him represent them.

Tech-Cameron was able to arrive early on Saturday and called ahead which I appreciated! He greeted me with a hand-shake and introduced himself. He was very thorough in his explanations of what he could do and what additional items may need repair. He completed the task with an hour and half. He was very personable and left no mess after completing his task.

Cameron did a great job presenting the options available to replace my broken garage door opener and his observations on the rest of the garage door system to ensure I was aware of any other areas that may be needing attention at some point in the future. He was courteous and professional throughout our conversations and in our decision process to proceed with a new door opener. Work was professional and done in a very timely manner, which I do sincerely appreciate. We’re happy being a new customer of yours and will share with our neighbors and friends to make sure they call your team should they need ever need help with their garage door system repairs. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Today I had the pleasure of using Precision For Service for the first time. They are very professional and do great work. My garage door was sounding very rough and loud. They replaced the roller wheels, which were metal, and some were rusty, with new fiber glass ones and lubricated the door as well. Now my door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend this company for any repairs, or even to update an older Door such as mine. They are very fairly priced as well.

As always Outstanding service! They called and asked if they could come early. I was delighted since my car was trapped in the garage! Cameron quickly and efficiently changed out the springs and the door is working better than ever. My springs were under warranty so that made the repair even better.
