I just had a new garage door opener installed today. Allen was my tech and he did an amazing job. He did not even take an hour and he replaced the spring as well. Replaced my opener. It was under warranty. Only cost to me was the labor fee. These guys are the best! I call them for all my garage door needs. Not the cheapest but the extra you pay is well worth it. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

Extremely disappointing. We made a call and explained that our learn code for the garage door is not working and it is a overhead garage door opener. The garage door is functioning absolutely fine and has only one remote working. We just wanted to program second remote and needed the learn button to function to program the same If the learn code cannot be fixed, it cannot be fixed and at that time someone could have simply told us the replacement of the garage door is 100% necessary for the another remote to function as it can surely not be fixed. The Frustration I am feeling is that I ended up paying for the service call which we did not needed in the first place had someone been honest with us. The tech never even touched the motor and just looked at it and told us it cannot be fixed. It was less than 15 second conversation, 3 minutes to receive a new garage door estimate and it took myself 2 minutes to prepare the check. This is not how truly honest and ethical companies work to grow the business. In this day and age of social media and reviews the references are a must and that is how we chose the company in the first place. Pros: They showed up 1 hour after the call.
