Alan serviced our garage door today when it would go down halfway , then back up again. He changed out the spring system, torsion bar, bearings, and rollers quickly and efficiently. He was very personable, arrived 1 1/2 hours after I called for service, and explained everything to us. We even sat and watched him replace everything! Now, our garage door purrs like a kitten.
