I cannot thank the Precision team and Alan enough. From my initial call, which was after standard business hours, through the repair itself, I had a terrific experience with Precision. The person who took my call was extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. I was so pleasantly surprised that I got a "live" person on the phone during evening hours. The technician came the next morning, reviewed my options for repair, and had it all quickly taken care of. Alan explained all of the details to me, was transparent about the pricing, gave me options, and went through what his plan was for the repair. When he was done, he discussed everything he did, reviewed the itemized invoice, and made sure I was satisfied. I cannot thank this team enough for coming to my rescue so promptly, pleasantly, and professionally. It is so hard to find good customer service these days and Precision far exceeds good, they are terrific! I cannot say enough about how well this team is trained and how professional they are. I highly recommend Precision.

The cables and the pulleys were worn and garage door wouldn’t close properly. I called around 6pm on 8/26 and the repairman arrived at 9:45am on Friday 8/27 and was here approximately 1 hour. Precision was recommended to me by 2 people and I'm glad I called. Scheduling would have been same day had my availability allowed it, but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and found a day / time that worked for me. Alan was fantastic. I've always seen your trucks around town and have never had a need for my garage to be repaired in the past, until this morning when i realized the springs had broken. I called before operating hours it was answered immediately and an appointment time was set. Within 1.5 hrs of my call the door was replaced by your service tech Alan Harp who walked me through the issues, replaced the springs and reset everything as needed.
