Our garage door arm broke off this morning when I tried to open. I called Precision and they gave same day appointment. Technician Rey was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the arm to make everything work properly. He also gave suggestions on replacing the opener and door. For now this was our best and cheapest outcome. Will definitely call Precision in future when we are able to replace.

Well our garage door decided to stop working and of course it would happen on a weekend. We looked in the Money Pages magazine and found a ad from Precision garage door service. Gave them a call and in a few hours Colton came out. He was very professional and courteous. Shortly after he came out our garage door was fixed. I like that they are open seven days a week. Hayden did a great job replacing the springs. Door works great now. He was friendly and professional and made sure all the nuts and bolts were tight. I would highly recommend this company.

I wish that I could remember the young man's name, but I can't. I will say that he was on time, and very courteous. (My dog liked him so that's a plus) he inspected the entire door system, told me what i needed to keep an eye out for and then replaced both springs on my garage door in about half the time he said it would take. I am very happy with the whole experience from the phone call to the van leaving my driveway it couldn't have been better. PS. I hope you can figure out who he was, he deserves a raise.
