Technician Kalen King arrived the same day I called for service. He was very personable, helpful and professional. My garage door was moving very slowly and I was afraid my vehicle would be trapped inside my garage. Kalen checked it out, explained what he suggested I needed to have done and got to work immediately. My door now works almost silently. It's like a whole new garage door. I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by Kalen and Precision Garage Doors!

Great experience! We called on a Thursday afternoon, about 4:00 p.m., 9/4/25, about getting a general service on our garage door. We expected to be told we would have to wait until the following Monday. We were told Precision Garage Door could have a Service Tech out between 6:00-10:00 but would probably show up shortly after 6:00. We scheduled for that evening. at about 5:35, we received a call froNoah informing us he was 30 minutes away. Noah arrived at 6:05 p.m. Noah went over what the basic service would include and we asked him to replace the garage door slide lock also. Noah was amazing. He was finished before 7:00 p.m.

Colton's professionalism and knowledge was very instrumental in our decision to replace the the motor unit and the fact that he handled the job without us having to wait another day was very much appreciated. Being senior citizens, the recent passing of our son, and my husband recently diagnosed with A-Fib, there was no way we could have replaced the unit by ourselves. Kudos to Colton for a job well done! And, Colton even made sure we understood how everthing worked including having paired the remotes to the unit. It was a very smooth transaction.

Very expensive and found out they dont get paid by the hour they get paid on what they sell. Such a shame I had a lot of work for them. Call other door company amd it was 200 cheaper than what the tech said bad way to do business.

I went on the Precision Garage Door website and was able to immediately and easily schedule a FREE service visit to assess the issue. There were multiple available times in the immediate future that worked for me, making it extra simple to get service scheduled. The technician, Rey, called when he was on his way, and arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, professional, and explained everything in terms that were simple for my wife and I to understand. He worked with us to come up with a repair solution that got the job done inside of our budget, and the repair was completed in about an hour. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville, but I will readily recommend them to anyone who asks, and they will be my first call (or click) next time I have a garage door issue!

We found Precision Garage Service online and made an appointment for the next day. Chad was our technician and was prompt, very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. He replaced two sensors that were bad. We highly recommend Chad and will request him again if the need arises. Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost. Great work!
