Aug 2025- issue: garage door sensor wiring was damaged and loose, and latch track cord connection. NATHAN arrived within the scheduled time frame with a smile. He did some checks and new immediately how to repair the issues. He successfully connected the wiring with a spring style wiring with more flexibility. He reconnected the pull cord to the track as well. Double checked my remotes and oiled the springs and bolts for the door. He was very personable and a very knowledgeable technician as well. 5 star service. Thanks again

We called Precision about 8:20 and after explaining our problem, they told us someone would be at our house between 10 and 2. Noah was here by 10:15. After inspecting our garage door he explained what needed to be done, did it and then gave us an estimate of services that would help keep the garage door functioning for a long time. We approved the recommendations and Noah completed the work. Noah was very conscientious of his work and explained everything he had done to us. He was very polite and professional. We appreciated the quick service Precision and Noah gave us!!

The technician was on time and was very helpful with making sure I knew with self maintenance in the future. Nate was awesome. There was some problems connecting the unit to the internet and he stayed until everything was working correctly which required a phone call to genie. He also went above and beyond by servicing the garage door a little and letting me know about possible trouble issues down the road.

Tech was very personable and professional, quickly identifying the issue with my garage door not closing. The tech also, took the time to inspect the "brains" of the unit and showed me what he found. He did not push me to buy anything I did not want and quickly replaced both garage door sensors and performed multiple tests via all means to open close and that it identified objects in the doors path and reversed from closing to opening. Minor issue was the time window of 4 hours and the tech did not arrive or notify me of his delay.

I called to schedule an estimate, and they sent someone on the same day. Dalton was the specialist that assisted us. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and he provided the services in a timely manner. Super recommend Precision and Dalton. Services: Maintenance of the garage door Replacement of the door seals Replacement of the outdoor pin pan Replacement of the control button Total cost: $900 A little higher than expected. But, I need these things done and no time to shop around.

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the technician that came out to help us. First of all, I called and they came out the same day. The tech looked at the entire door and mechanism, not just what I called about. Rather than paying for the service call he recommended some other items that needed to be done and waived the service call fee. Work was done quickly but with enough care to walk me through all that was done and answer my questions on maintenance. He even helped me to program one of my cars that I was having trouble with. This wasn't just good for a garage service company, this was one of the best experiences i've had with any type of company. A++. Ownership should be proud to have someone with that service level representing their brand.
