I am so happy with Precision Garage door service. Justin and Dalton were great. I backed into my garage door before it was totally opened. They came the same day and were able to fix it at minimal cost to me. Fortunately Precision had fixed my garage door a month earlier. At that time they advised me to replace spring system. My home is fairly new and the builder’s spring system was not high quality. The new spring system prevented major damage. They even reattached the clips on my car that came loose from me hitting the garage door. That saved me a trip to the dealership. I highly recommend Precision Door!!!

Such great service, easy to get an appointment, Rey our technician was so helpful and explained everything that was going to need to be fixed and then it was done and fixed in less than 2 hours, brand new equipment set up as needed on our ancient garage door, and helped me set up WiFi connection before he left so my garage door is the easiest access it’s ever been! We have used them prior and was pleased so we had them out again . They gave us a 4 hour window but was out within an hour from calling. Very happy with that kind of service. Dalton was our rep and Jeff was his assistant. Very personable and explained what was needed and what we might want to consider, given the wear and tear over 21 years. They made our lives a lot easier knowing the repairs were completed right. They were also quick.

He kept me informed of each aspect of the job--from the spring installation and tensioning, bearing replacement, bottom rubber seal strip, and final drive hook-up and testing. Great work!!
