Tim did an outstanding job installing our new garage door opener and not only going over everything with us but also going the extra mile and programming both of our automobiles. In addition, he lubricated our garage door hinges and slightly did the same on the door springs. He is a truly nice guy who is very good at his job and making the entire experience a hassle-free good one for the customer.

Chad, the technician, called to let us know he would be early. He examined the door and it’s mechanisms and provided an estimate of repair to include parts required. He then got to work immediately. Chad was totally professional and took the time to explain the features of the door’s operating systems and to cleanup the work site. He is exceptional. The products installed are first class and we are very pleased with them and with Chad’s performance. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Chad was a prompt, professional and very pleasant Certified technician with Precision garage door service. He was able to fix the issues we were having with our sensors, not responding to the open and close functions when sunlight was directly hitting the sensors in the morning and afternoon. I could not be happier with the service provided by Chad. We highly recommend use of this company for Anything related to garage doors.

Excellent service and professional. “I’m literally just a girl” I know nothing about garages except when to open it so I’ve been putting it on hold and dreading the conversation about repairing garage doors BUT Nate explained everything thoroughly and didn’t oversell which I appreciate. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone in Fleming Island! I’m happy to have my garage opening again! Thank you!

It was very easy to make an appointment with your office. One of the springs broke in my garage. I was given the time slot of between 2 PM and 6 PM. I got a text message from your technician which included my address and stated he would call me with an ETA. At 6:10 PM this evening I called your office and spoke to a lovely girl who said he was at your house and left you an estimate. No one came to my house.

I've used Precision Garage Doors before so I called them to do some preventive maintenance on my two doors. Rey replaced both bottom rubber strips (20 years old). I also had him do a check up on both doors which resulted in replacing some rollers. Rey was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through all of the improvements and the warranty. He also gave me the veteran's discount. Very pleased.

Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife's many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come. My wife was exceptionally pleased with his patience with her questions and getting her WIFI set up on her iPhone and car. Thank you for such great service Chad.
