Service Representative called to see if would like for him to come earlier than the original time, of course this perfect by us. We showed him the issue and he began looking at the springs and agreed that was our issue. He also pointed out other issues and priced it for our consideration, there was no forced or misleading information and the service representative accepted our decline at this time for additional service. The service representative replaced both springs and cleaned up any mess that was laying around on floor. The service representative was polite and friendly and completed the job very quickly.

The garage door, now about two or three years old, was not working. I called Precision because they installed the original door and replaced it efficiently. You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing. I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

Could not have asked for a better company to work with! Not only did they get me in the same weekend I sent the first message, but everything was online and seamless! They had a plethora of time slots available, and the service tech called on his way to make sure I was still good for his arrival time. Once Ray (sweet as could be and highly recommend you ask for him!) was here, he politely listened to my concerns, proceeded to diagnose the problem after troubleshooting, explained the issue, provided options that worked within my budget and completed all the work within two hours, *including* impeccably cleaning up after himself!
