needed Bay #2 repaired (sticking, not opening fully). Tech Identified sun causing outer seals sticking to door face (not the bottom seal, as I suspected). Made adjustments, lubed door, adjusted opener travel limits. Confirmed repair, and door is operating properly (and quietly)/ Received quote for opener install on Bay #3, and may place an install order in the near future..

I picked Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville because of an add in Mint Magazine but I will keep coming back because of Walter. He was very professional he was ti'm Lee and he didn't take advantage of me. I know nothing about garage doors he could have very easily sold me anything because I told him do whatever it takes to make it work. I appreciate honesty above all and I appreciate this company for employing people who were honest and forthright. Whenever my garage door needs servicing are any other problems arise this is the only company I will call from now on.
