I got home from running errands and closed the garage door. I heard a big BANG! I thought someone or something had hit my door from the outside, so I tried to open the door but it wouldn't open! I called Precision Garage Doors and within 40 minutes, Josh arrived ready to tackle the problem. He replaced the spring and a few other parts and voile my garage door was once again operational. Josh was very thorough and gave me several options without pressuring me. I truly appreciated that. Thanks, Josh and Precision Garage Doors!

My husband and I greatly appreciated how quickly your company sent a technician to our home. Our technician, Riley, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. He took time to explain, in terms I could understand, about the mechanics of the system, what was wrong with our old system, and what was needed to repair. The information he provided was thorough and helped my husband and I to determine what was best for us, and for our home. Riley did more than just "fix the problem", he took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel like I was the only customer Precision had. Great job Riley!
