The spring on my garage door broke with my car stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and the representative said she could have someone come out between 12p-4:00p that very day. At 12:00p Connor Brooks arrived and got right to work to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate for the repairs. The spring was replaced and I was backing my car out of the garage at 1:30p. Connor was a pleasure to work with. Great experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Garage Door!!

Chad was awesome to work with. While the broken spring issue was obvious, he quickly inspected the system end to end to be sure there weren't other issues lurking. He then gave me honest, no nonsense and no pressure options for what repairs could be done beyond the immediate fix needed. Will definitely work with Chad and Precision Garage Doors again in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful experience with our repair from Precision Door. Technician, Cole, was here within 2 hours of my call. He quickly determined the problem. He had parts necessary to complete the job quickly and thoroughly. He explained what he was doing, he also completed regular maintenance of the garage door, all parts. We have been customers of Precision for several years and will continue to call them for any future garage door needs.

Great, fast service and my door works like new. Easy to schedule and came out same day on Saturday. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I found one of the old bolts to the ORB on my garage floor afterward so my only critique would be to be more cautious of that to prevent flat tires. Thank you for the great experience!

Riley came over on a Sunday night and replaced my garage springs. What a true professional! I have worked as a Vw tech for 40 years, had my own shop for almost 20 and always believed in customer satisfaction. This young man is top of the class as far as that goes. He is a real asset to this company. Thank you!

My technician quickly set up an appointment and arrive with everything needed for the repair. He still did a full door inspection even though I knew the issue I wanted resolved. He performed routine maintenance (oiling/greasing where needed). He presented me with options for the repair and informed me of coupons they had to help with pricing. We went with the longer lasting option as a result. He was very kind and very professional. I will be a repeat customer for any garage door needs.

Gordon was amazing! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and never pushy. He was able to replace our entire spring system in no time and get our garage door fully functional, better than the builder grade unit that malfunctioned on us! As a realtor, I will always have Precision on my vendor list!
