Chad was early. He very quickly took care of my opener problem and did a courtesy check of how hardware was operating. He made an adjustment that improved functionale. He worked quickly, was neat and friendly. A good representative!

Precision was Great! The customer service was Awesome! Beginning from the first phone call to schedule an emergency appointment to the actual repair. I don’t remember the young lady name that scheduled the appointment , but she was very pleasant and professional. The technician, Wes was very knowledgeable, professional and super nice! Highly recommended Precision, I called about my garage door, late evening, Jason was there the next morning. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. My garage door springs and torque shaft ( I think that’s what it is called) was replaced in a timely manner, great job. I would definitely recommend and use Precision again.

Ist time I used Percision. The service tech, NATE, installed a keypad. He explained everything about the item, installed it, and lubricated some of the system parts. MICHAEL came back the next ay to address a small issue. He, too, explained it well, fixed it and was gone in a short time. I am impressed with the service and look forward to switching to Precision moving forward with our garage door needs.

My expectations were significantly exceeded by Chad the repair gentlemen. He called in advance, was on time (early) assessed the issue and corrected the problem within 15 minutes. He did some additional PM work on the door. Once completed he reviewed all the work and repairs and answered my questions. This is the fourth time we have used Precision and the service and quality is always excellent.
