The chain on one of the pulley mechanisms got twisted and our garage door wouldn't . close. This happened on a Sunday. We've used Precision Door in the past, so we called them, thinking that we'd have to leave a message and wait for a call back on Monday. Much to my surprise, a real person answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They came earlier than scheduled and fixed the door quickly. The gentleman was extremely nice and made sure that everything was working well before leaving. The customer service , which many businesses fall short on lately, was great and the pricing was very reasonable. I recommend Precision Door for any of your garage door needs.

Called after purchasing a home, they had a tech out here in two days. That right there was impressive. I had two complete Genie belt drive units installed on the home. The technician that came by had two decades of experience and got an old unit down and two new units up and installed in about an hour. Even had to build the second door door opening framing. Quick work- I was impressed! Explained everything, would definitely recommend.

Tim arrived on time and completed the install of two openers, key pad, and explained the codes to us all within two hours. He was in a crisp uniform(at least at the start!) in and attractive truck. The openers were name brand and highly rated. Everything about Precision is first-rate. The belt drives are soooo quiet. You will not go wrong with Precision.

Garage door cable shredded and called to have it repaired. An hour after calling for an appointment the technician arrived. Needed a new garage door opener due to age and lack of available parts. The installation was done cleanly, professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. Technician took the time to cover all aspects of the new opener. This is the second time I have used Precision and will continue in the future. I highly recommend them.

My garage door broke on Sunday evening, so I reached for my paper mint for a quick turnaround. The young lady I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful she scheduled an appointment for me on Monday 6/26/23 between the hours 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The technician Reggie Davis arrived at my home at approx. 12:00 pm top of appointment hours and was professional and efficient. Please acknowledge Mr. Davis for the excellent service.

Hi..our garage door was randomly closing and then it wouldn’t close..so I called and your company kindly sent a Technician out to our house within a few hours..the garage door was door down when your Tech arrived..as it happened we had storms/power outages so the unit needed to be reset.. your Technician a is very friendly person and quite a talker..he reset and told a story..tried the door..didn’t like it..reset it..tried the door..told a story .talked some more etc etc .he was here for about an hour but actually worked for about 15 minutes to fix our problem ..in the long run he charged us $98..the $48 Service call of course but I just wasn’t sure what else the other $50 was for?...we did tip him $5 because he was such a nice person and paid him in cash..we have used your company before and have been very pleased…he was extremely nice and I think he thought he was just doing his job?.. wondering if this extra money is protocol..TY
