I had used Precision Door a few years ago to replace springs in my double garage door. Recently the spring on my small door broke and I contacted them again. I was told someone could be there within an hour to two hours. Wesly called me when he was 30 minutes away. Upon arrival he went over the options I could select for the repairs. Once we agreed he went to work a repaired the door. In addition, he was professional and friendly and did a great job. I had to compliment him on his work. It is so hard to find people with a good attitude and work ethic. Thanks.

I’ve used precision door in the past for a repair at my home and needed a repair done on the door for one of my rental properties. Kaleb did a great job in diagnosing our problem with the garage door opener and fixing it. We "lost" the garage door opening when we were leaving for errands on a Saturday and rebooting it didn't work. When I called for service, Precision had a time a couple of hours later and the door was fixed before dark. I happily recommend Kaleb King as a technician.

Our daughter’s car was broken into at FSU over the weekend. The thieves had rifled through the glove box so had our address and the only thing taken (as she keeps nothing of value in car) was the garage door opener. I called Precision and they had a service technician out within the hour. Hayden reprogrammed our doors, remotes, keypad and a car AND did a free courtesy inspection and lube. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend!

My door was not closing properly at only 4 1/2 years old ( new build). The builder grade hardware for the door was wearing out, Booked Precision Sunday night for a Monday afternoon window Wes called me about 15 minutes before arrival and installed new spring and door rollers.
