I had problems with my garage door opener for a while. Another company put in a new opener but the problems still occurred. The company was rude to me and could not help without a promise of more money up front. I saw the add for Precision in the Mint magazine. When I called I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was able to get a tech to me the same day. The young man was pleasant, timely, and precise. When I described the symptoms he knew exactly what the solution should be. He corrected the problems and made sure everything was working, including my car remote. Very pleased with the service. I was continue to use this company. Thank you Precision.

Precision provides an excellent product and superior service. The garage door opener belt had snapped, so I called at 10am and they came out at 2pm the same day and were finished within 30 minutes. The technicians were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, informative and experts at the repair.

Precision door is a great company. I do not have a need often for garage door companies, but, my spring broke today and a technician showed up the same day. The price of the springs was more than I would have expected but seemingly on par for this type of repair. Kaleb was great and very helpful. Efficient to say the least. The entire time on site was 30-45 minutes.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Kaleb, and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. At 7:00 AM, I tried opening my garage door. When it failed to open, I noticed that one of the lift springs had broken. Thinking that having a car trapped inside, on a Friday, during a holiday weekend would be a problem, I decided to try Precision’s website. The service request was booked around 7:15AM, and by 8:00AM Kaleb rang the doorbell and went to work. Once again, it seems that these days it’s difficult to find anyone that is interested in working. It’s refreshing to find someone like Kaleb, and Precision striving to provide service in a timely manner.
