My garage door opener system was at least 24 years old and was limping along to do its job. From a reliable source, Precision was recommended to come and assess my situation. Hayden, the installer, called me within 5-10 minutes after my first call to Precision. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided an estimate based on what I wanted to be done. He was extremely kind and estimated the work to take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Within 1 hour, he had completed the entire job and walked me through his installation which included a new motor, belt drive, sensors, remote pad and its setup. Thank you Precision!

I called for a problem with one of my garage doors. Had a great conversation with the woman who took my call. She said someone was available between 12-4 today. The door was fixed after a list of repairs was discussed and approved. The technician was extremely nice and professional. The door is working and we are pleased with the service.

So glad I called Precision Door Service. Charlie was very pleasant, and informative. He got the job done. I was very pleased with the work. The next day I tried to change the code on the door and was having trouble. Chris came right out, showed me what I was doing wrong. Very helpful and again pleasant and patient like Charlie. It’s nice to find a company today, that cares about their product and customers, especially the older generation that is not tech savvy. Will surely use Precision again and recommend them to others.

Mark contacted me within hours of my call to the company and made an appointment to visit immediately. He is knowledgeable, professional, and an exceptional communicator. He listens. I did not make up my mind immediately about my purchase. He continued to answer my questions and research until he found just the right garage door for my home. Through every step in the process, Mark and the office staff were responsive, helpful, and supportive; that even includes gathering information for the HOA. The purchasing, ordering, scheduling of delivery, and installation processes all moved smoothly. The installers arrived as scheduled, removed my dilapidated equipment, installed the uniquely designed, beautiful, high quality garage door and opener, and patiently instructed me in the use of my new equipment. I have done my due diligence and know that the price was right. I am very happy and recommend this company without reservation.

Friday evening the garage door spring broke in half. Saw several ads for precision. Checked their reviews, which were 5 stars. Went on line and scheduled afternoon appt for the next day (Saturday). They showed up on time. Evaluated what needed to be done to fix garage door for optimum service. Price was reasonable. Technician explained everything needed in detail and why needed. Very polite and courteous. Would recommend to friends and family.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Repair. I easily booked an appointment online and Ron was very courteous and provided excellent service. My garage door is 21 years old. Ron explained that he could replace the motor, springs, rollers and remotes without having to replace the door. He explained each problem area and gave me choices. He completed the work on the same day and programmed my cars. Highly recommended.
