Prompt, courteous, and outstanding service. Frank the technician called to alert us of his arrival time which was well within the appointment window. He repaired the door mechanism and replaced the broken extension spring system with a torsion spring setup which was more cost effective in the long run. He completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up meticulously. I would recommend Precision to friends.

I was surprised that they not only took my call at 5pm but had someone out in an hour. The door broke at 4:45 (Brace and arm snapped off the door. Brad showed up went over options and then re-enforced the door lubricated as well.Excellent service tech. You have any of my future business

This was the second time Chris came to repair a garage door for me. Both times he was prompt and efficient. The first repair was a large one which he handled very well. Chris explained to me what he was doing and why. The second repair was very simple. Chris diagnosed it on the phone with me. When he arrived the problem was exactly what he said. We have been absolutely delighted with every Precision experience we have had. When our garage door got stuck in the open position on a Saturday, we weren't even sure who to call! But one call to Precision, and they sent Chris right over. He was on-site in less time than they told us he would be, and he was very thorough and professional. He explained the issue in terms that made sense, and had it fixed quickly. We were so happy that when a neighbor had trouble with their garage door, we recommended Precision (and Chris in particular) without hesitation. Chris was not only on time, but called to say he was running ahead of schedule. He was very friendly and explained the process and fees involved in repairing the springs. He worked quickly and had the job done in under 30 minutes. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the work he completed and would recommend him and the company to anyone with a need. My sister had the same service completed and paid over $500. My bill was only $356. Along with completing the spring replacement, Chris also took the time to lubricate all the hinges on the door and inspect for any other problems. Thank you Chris!! A+

Without a doubt Frank was like a well oiled machine, he not only knew what he was doing, it did it efficiently. Having to replace both springs originally, he advised that all 3 bearings should also be replaced, he gave me the consequences of not doing the repairs, but let the decesion be mine if I wanted him to proceed. Having full confidence his abilities and knowledge, I authorized teh needed additional repairs. Other then a quiet and fully functioning garage door, you would not have even known Frank had been here, the garage was cleaner then when he arrived. I have yur company's name and would never hesitate to call on you again. Job well done!

We had a broken spring on a Friday night, so I called early Saturday. By 1:30 there was a repairman at my house. He was very professional and explained the problem and our options. We never felt pressured and he wasn't trying to sell us things we didn't need. I am very impressed with how the door functions now and feel reassured with the warranty. One spring broke. Replaced both springs, bearings cable & drum and all the rollers. $690 total. Seems like The $49.95 service call fee should be waived when you have the work done. Sean did a great installation job, explained step by step the pros and cons of replacing each part. Also came same day and stayed to 10 pm to fix the door.

OMG!!!! All I can say is that Frank is the BEST!!!! He showed up on time and he explained to me what I needed replaced and what the cost would be. Once we established all that info he got right to the repairing of the 2 door springs that had broken and it only took him like 10 minutes or so. He explained how long the springs typically last and it was indeed right around the time for ours to be replaced. He also checked the wires to make sure they were in tack. I for one knew nothing about garage doors except of how to open and close them with a REMOTE I might add! LOL!! Overall Frank did an AWESOME PROFESSIONAL JOB!! Thank You Frank!! YOU ROCK!!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would.

I believe it was Brad who was my service technician. He fixed the problem in a minute, but told me that I needed an overhaul because my garage door was too heavy for the hardware on the door currently. I know he was right because it was a honey do install on the heavy door. I got a 5 year warranty with the overhaul, which sounds good to me because i was having problems every year. This is the first time I have used Precision, but I would recommend your company. Thanks!
