I had a broken balance spring and worn our bearings on a very noisy door. I called and they came out the next day. The service guy knew his craft and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was quick, friendly and courteous. When he was finished we cycled the door and it was smooth and nearly silent. He did an amazing job, well worth the cost.

Tim showed up on time and ready to go. He was pleasant, professional and explained all the possible options for my door repair. He had my door working better than it ever has and the price was well below what I was expecting. He left me with estimates for all the possible upgrades I will be looking to do in the near future. A great experience and I can't recommend them any higher.

Thank you very much for a superb service! I wish I would've found this company a year ago. This was the 4th time my springs broke within a year and we've lived here 14 years! Other companies would just come out and take our money and fix it without looking into WHY the springs keep failing after my concerns. You found the root cause and listened to me as the customer. There was more than springs that were the issue in which i suspected and he showed me each issue, explaining to me what the damge caused and so on. Tim is very knowledgeable, he doesn't pressure you, and he works swiftly as well. I am super impressed with the work that has been done. I will only recommend this company moving forward.

We had a garage door installed on 6/21/18 by Dan and Gilbert. They were on time, professional, courteous, extremely organized, thorough and very fast. Dan was the last one here and showed us how to operate the new door using the code box and the car openers. The door is so quiet, you don't even know when it's going up or down. We love it and would recommend you to anyone that needs any type of garage door work. Thank you very much.
