We had been happy with Precision in the past. Unfortunately our 24 year old door opener was beyond help as the control panel electronics had failed and it wouldn't have made sense to repair it, even if the parts were available. Andreu replaced the old unit with a new, much quieter (nearly silent!) and more efficient one. He was meticulous in his work and was a consummate professional in every way. Thanks for the great service!

My technician gave me a courtesy 30 minute call ahead and arrived right on time. He was friendly, courteous and informative on how to fix my issues. He gave me a few options and then I decided how to proceed. Work was completed quickly and then he informed me how to use my new equipment. I had a new garage door and opener installed. All technicians were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jose did the first visit, looked at the situation, and considered several options for me. He did not try to "up-sell" me and explained options well and completely answered my questions. Jeremiah and his colleague (can't recall his name) were personable and efficient in the installation phase. They explained functions and answered my questions. Jeremiah even synced my car to the new garage door opener. I highly recommend this company, whether for service and new installation. My garage door action is much quieter now!

My technician was very polite and courteous, and completed the repair work efficiently. However, I was concerned about all the releases I had to sign which didn't make sense. Another problem occurred after I received my email receipt which has a page showing the items that "failed" but the list doesn't specify whether this failure is before or AFTER the service was done! For example, it shows the sensor failing, which was replaced and no longer fails. But it also shows a center bearing failing, but I was never informed of this failure. The pass/fail list should specify whether it's before or after the services are completed.
