Dear Mr. Sheppard, With pleasure I will tell you my take on todays service on my garage door. The young man (Gilbert) came out around 11am today. He went right to work--after sizing up the problem. He answered any and all questions we had, all the while--working. He never skipped a beat--he was in control of just what to do next, including answering all our questions (mine and my daughters). After explaining just what had gone wrong with my door, we decided to just add new "springs" for today. He took just a few minutes and the job was done and all was well. He further explained about my garage door opener and said it probably needed replaced--but that it could last a while longer. He was not pushy, and did not try to push something on me that could possibly wait. I explained that my son would put a new door opener in and that he in fact used to do this for another well known company. He finished and left me with a door which opened and closed properly. If I had a company like yours, I would be very glad to have "Gilbert" work for me and represent my company, I would welcome an employee like him in any kind of company. I am a retired "First level manager for Bellsouth"--I know a little about quality. Sincerely, Ruth G. I called as a new customer and was given an appointment the same day. Gilbert called to say he was ahead of schedule and we agreed to an expediated time. He arrived and replaced broken cable. We had a discussion about the possibility of replacing a 30 y/o motor. He had one in his vehicle and it was replaced in one hour. My garage door gear is more than 30 years old and this was not a problem. I will definitely call Precision for my next issue.

My technician Jeff was really great, he was able to detect the problem right away and get it fixed. My garage door no longer makes that grinding noise. I thought the door itself was going to fall off.

5-star. In your advertising I liked the Saturday at no extra cost. Also it detailed what was included in the nylon roller install. I liked both Gilbert Brown and Wes. I thought they were straight forward and honest. They last company we used the technician used profanity and complained about his job. Also the person on the phone was vague about the cost for services. I did not trust the technician or the company. I will use Precision again if needed.

Michael Gavanditti came and quickly saw what was causing our problem. He installed new springs which solved the issue. Michael called to see if we wanted him to come early, which we were happy about. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Should we need additional assistance, we would request Micheal. Because of people like Michael we will call Pecision for any garage door issues.

Called in a problem with our garage door springs ,which Precision installed last year, Friday afternoon. Appointment made for Saturday — surprised at quick response.
