Service was excellent from start to finish. I already had a garage door, just needed the mechanics installed. The choices were explained to me in detail by Alan. He was super patient while I decided and did a fantastic job of installing the system and explaining how to operate it. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors to all my family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with you! Thank you

A first class job, friendly, knowledgeable technicians and they were able to come early. Your receptionist (Jessica, I think) worked to get the problem solved on the same day I called when I told her we just couldn't leave our garage door open overnight because of Sheriff's department warnings. I am happy to recommend your services to anyone who asks. Sincerely, Barton G. Stone.

I appreciate the quick service and excellent technician, Wes, who come to our home. He not only fixed our issue (one which it turns out I caused) but provided instruction to me on how to maintain our door for it's best performance. We replaced our old wooded garage door about 5 years ago with Precision and I'm so glad we did. I recommend them without reservation.

Our technician made every effort to fix our garage door opener but it was just too old. We decided to purchase a new one and he explained every step of the way what he was doing and at the end we went through the entire set up. Very polite, efficient and helpful.

I am very happy with my new garage door. The workmanship is high quality. The workers was kind and professional. They explained what they were going to do and how long it will take. They finished sooner than they said. When they left there were no remnants that they were even there. And as a plus they connected my sensors without any hesitation. They deserve a ten. I will refer precision to anyone I know that is in need of a garage door. Thank you for providing excellant service.

I inspected the work done by the service technician as well as spoke to my rental tenant and I was satisfied with the work done on the garage door. My tenant informed me that he was watching the technician perform the work on the door and had to suggest and politely pointed out that the technician needed to finish the door in a professional manner so that the work was not left half undone. As I stated before, I was satisfied with the overall job of repairing the garage door, but I was unhappy that the technician who was in the process of performing less than professional workmanship on the repairs. Should the need arise again for garage door repairs either at my rental or home, I will think twice before calling Precision Overhead Garage Door Service,

We had George install new safety electric eyes. He did assessment of out 17-year-old Liftmaster and said it was likely to fail given its age, the spring likely to fail given its age -- but did not try to create some panic to get us to replace in anticipation of a problem. He did adjust the sensor so the door would open without holding the up switch. Back in business at $150. Not cheap as DIY, but when the unit fails, I will call these folks.
