Very satisfied with overall service. Technician was at my home in less than three hours after I called for an appointment, was very thorough in explaining what was needed and even gave me three estimates depending on what I wanted to spend. Although I spent more than I intended doors had not been serviced for over 10 years so they needed some work which came with a lifetime guarantee. Work was done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend. Rate as a 5.

THE TECH, DEVIN, SHOWED UP ON TIME. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL; CONDUCTED AN ASSESSMENT OF MY GARAGE DOOR AND EXPLAINED IT TO ME SO HAD AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE ISSUE. HE REPLACED ALL THE ROLLERS WITH THE NEW ONES, APPLIED SOME WHITE SPRAY TO HELP REDUCE THE NOISE, AND TALKED TO ME ABOUT THE DIFFERENT PACKAGES AVAILABLE IF I OPT TO GET MORE IN DEBT REPAIR DONE. Very prompt and diagnosed and fixed all in same day that I called for service. Life time warranty was a good thing to have and they even washed my door down when some lithium white grease came through to the outside that I noticed several days later. Not sure how to compare to other companies, but I like this one. Courteous also.

Devin arrived on time, checked my garage door, installed new rollers, advised me on certain problems that may arise, adjusted the way the garage closed when it's cold and fixed a sensor on the bottom that a possum broke when he got in the garage. Very good service

Called Sears twice because had a broken spring and could not get my wife's car out ( talking about motivation ) they never called me back. Called Precision late that day next thing I know ( they e-mailed me first )Bill and Brett are at my door. Thought I was seeing double ( twins ). The must professional two I have ever met. I knew this was not their first rodeo. They explain everything in simple terms, up graded my cables, rollers and springs with life time warranty. Believe it or not in a hour and a half from start to finish. I am completely satisfied and would definitively recommend to family and friends. "Great Job Bill and Brett Live Long and Prosper"

Was surprised that I actually reached a person when I called Precision Door Service on a Saturday. Previous two companies called did not pick up and went to voicemail. Was able to schedule a same day appointment. Our technician, Harold, was on time, professional and pleasant to talk to. He answered all our questions. Only 1 spring was broken; however, we chose to upgrade both to a better quality product. So far everything going well and feel confident that should an issue arise, they will be there to stand by their work.

RATING: 5 STARS: I called precision due to their detailed ad in the yellow pages. I was impressed with the pictures of the technicians as well as the short bio so I was aware of who would be coming to my home. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to choose a time period for the service call the next day. Chad came exactly within that specified period. He called first and alerted me as to when he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door (springs, balancing, etc) as well as the garage door opener. He explained my options in a VERY polite, professional manner, then he proceeded to repair the parts of the door that were not operating appropriately as well as replace the garage door opener with a new system. He explained everything to me and had me practice with the door in order to answer any questions. I was very pleased with the door and the service.

The first time I called you folks it was the promise of same day service-my garage door was stuck at "half mast". Your crew responded and fixed the problem quickly and with mimum disruption.I was impressed with the professional crew and their work. This time I called because of the first time. The door did not want to respond to the remote-Frank came in and fixed the problem within minutes-he too was professional-he could have taken me for a full blown repair-I don't know these things-an honest, quick diagnosis was greatly appreciated-good man-indicating a good company-

Tim Van Vuren was our technician. He called to let me know what time he would arrive and he was on time. In fact, a little earlier. He was very profession, courteous and helpful. He went right to work, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I liked the same day service and that everything I wanted changed or replaced was on the truck. No leaving and coming back later.
