We had been having trouble with our garage door hitting the cement garage floor with a big bang. I called Precision Door that had serviced our door a few years ago and was told they'd send a repair man the same day. The repair man called me and set up a time to service the door that same day. He also called when he was on the way. When he arrived, he checked out the door opener system including the spring. He described what he would do to not only solve the problem, but to keep it from happening in the future. A major part of the repair was replacement of the spring. When he finished with the repair, he opened and closed the door many times to make sure it worked well. He was polite throughout the repair process. I was very happy with the Precision Garage Door service. The door opener works very well and we don't hear it hit the floor loudly. We've used Precision Door Service twice in the last eight years and will certainly call them again.

I was very pleased with your service. The technician was very courteous and polite and was on time which means a lot to me since I had to leave work to meet him at my home. He had my door back in service right away and I was able to return to my job. Precision is a top notch company.

Your service was as good as the ads and other reviews said it would be. Tim and his assistant called ahead, arrived on time, did a thorough assessment of the issues I was having, and provided me with several options for resolving them. Once we agreed on the work to be done, they set about doing it quickly and professionally and provided me with a thorough explanation of how to use the new equipment. Even though it cost a bit more than I had planned for, I feel the extra work that was done was worth the additional money spent. I would definitely call them again with any garage door and opener issues. Top notch work all around.

I found Precision on Angie's List and was impressed with their ratings. Quick service - called in the morning and had an estimate in my hand that afternoon. Service Tech called to let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. After installation, the tech explained all the controls and cleaned up before departing. The Tech installed a 16X7 garage door and a new opener and was done in 3 1/2 hours. All the staff; office, sales and service have been great. Everyone has told me to call with any questions or problems. Very pleased with the door and opener!

I saw your add in MINT Magazine after speaking with several other door companies that were not overly helpful on the phone and did not leave me with the impression that they wanted the work. On Sunday morning, when the arm pulled away from the garage door, the door dropped and made a loud bang, i thought that it was over. The first thing that I done was, I looked at what was broke then i got my Mint Magazine and started to look for help. Precision Door Service said they offer 24/7 service, I thought to myself, mmmm, 24/7 on a Sunday, probably an up-charge of some sort, so i gave them a call to see, and guess what.? There was no up charge, just aservice call and parts is all that I paid, and yes, they were there in an hour making the necessary repairs, then Chad checked the entire door for smooth operation and any other issues, he was great.!!! and Chad even honored my military service. Thank you sir. I will recommend Precision Door to all, they are a great company. I would like to thank you all for the great & quick service. On a Sunday morning, that was awesome.
