My daughter checked our neighborhoods APP and Precision was highly recommended. Jason was supposed to be my technician, but Austin Mattes stated that he was in the area and he came instead. He identified himself before explaining to me what he had to do. Austin was very professional. He drove a marked vehicle and was in uniform. It was very clear that he knew his job quite well. He completed installation of opener, remote keypad and door wheels in less time than 90 minute estimate. He went thru keypad and remote setup and usage. Jason was great! My Dad is 96 years old and I felt like Jason was very kind to my Dad. He explained to him what was wrong with the garage door and told him what he was doing to fix it, he also explained that there were some other issues that needed to be addressed (which my dad probably didn't hear half of it) but Jason explained it anyway and then sent me a copy of the invoice along with the recommendations. I'm thankful that you sent someone like him to deal with an elderly man who truly appreciates it (and his daughter too). Jason gets 5 stars from this family.
