Frank came to my house within a few hours of my request for service. He called to let me know he could arrive early if that was convenient for me. He was professional , explained the problem and fixed it within an hour. I will definitely use this company again should I need any assistance.

I would give a negative star if I could. I was at work so my wife had to deal with the technician. After 10 minutes of looking at my garage he comes to the door and says "nothing we can do but replace the springs and opener" quotes us 1200 dollars. I told my wife to pay the service fee and send him on his way. Called another company out and it was a $80 fix! It was just wiring to the sensors. Basically I lost $50 to your company for trying to take advantage of a customer.

We had a problem with the wiring being cut on our door opener, and the door was also somewhat out of adjustment. We found Precision Door by calling the service number for our Linear garage door opener. They referred us to you. We called Precision at 3 PM on a Friday. Your scheduler set up an appointment from 4 to 6 PM, same day. The service person arrived at 4 PM promptly, and all issues were resolved effectively and efficiently by 4:30 PM. Couldn't ask for any better service than that. Should we need help in the future with the door, you can bet we will call Precision to help us out.
