Great that you responded to a Saturday emergency call and were able to have a technician( Ryan) arrive within two hours. Ryan repaired the door and had it working perfectly within an hour and a half.

Great experience from start to finish. Our garage door opener stopped working on a Friday afternoon. My husband's call was answered right away and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get a tech out that evening. Ryan, our tech, was able to come earlier than planned (he called to make sure that was okay!), he arrived and assessed the problem, explained it to us and gave us an estimate. He did a great job and we're happy to have everything working again. Would definitely call again if needed and recommend to a friend!

Love Precision door! I had them rebuild my door with all new components a few years back and bought the warranty. I just had a spring break and called them first thing this morning. The technician was at my house before noon. Garage door is repaired and it was just a minimal service fee. Also, I loved the confirmation email with all of the technicians' pictures. The technician was great. Very professional and organized company. So far, I've been extremely impressed.

Awesome service on door opener. Also recommended an upgrade for opener attachment to door to remove a cheap angle bracket and replace with a quality attachment. Service tech was phenomenal in performing the work.

Brandon was very professional, polite, thorough, diligent, arrived very timely, answered my questions with patience, and has expert knowledge about garage door repairs/replacements. I described the issue with my garage door (would not close), and Brandon was able to determine the root cause after a thorough assessment. Service was completed to my satisfaction. Ryan was knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what was needed to fix the problem and did not try to sell me anything more. I thought I might need a new door and he gave me his expert opinion of it's life and condition. Anyone else might have taken that opportunity to run up my bill. Good install techs. Arrived on time. Called in advance. Door looks and works great. Only negative was no mention was made that I needed receipt to get warranty work on previously purchased opener. One would assume company would track customers warranties or ask in advance to bring paperwork.

Jason, I liked what Sean told me about the garage doors your company installs. The estimate though just gives the total price. Called and spoke with Michelle; she was going to send an itemized estimate so I could see what costs are involved with the installation and door. Have not received the itemized report. I did like what Sean said opposed to another estimate from another retail outfit. Please send itemized estimate so I can more than likely have your company (Precision) do the door. Thanks B Sanders
