Service was provided next day, technician was professional, communicative, and expedient in making the repair, he even came early as the scheduled opened up. The total service was very affordable, coupons were applied without my having to ask. Frank was the wonderful technician that serviced my garage door. He has 10+ years with the company so extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a townhouse that is just over a year old. However, the bottom roller on the left side of the door kept jumping the track making the door inoperable. Frank quickly assessed the problem. Original rollers were hard rubber which were basically garbage. He explained they were scooting along the track instead of rolling. New nylon rollers were installed in a matter of minutes and door is rolling along smoothly. Excellent service and I greatly appreciate that he took time to show me and explain just what was causing the problem. He also gave me a heads up as to what to expect from the cheap spring the builder had installed. Will definitely be using Precision for any future garage door needs.

Exceptional service. Chance and Brian worked incredibly hard to install the new garage door and door opener equipment. They were very pleasant and courteous throughout the process. Price is a little higher than competitors but well worth the extra money. Thanks for a job well done.

Good reviews & nice informative web site. I called Saturday morning & spoke to a very helpful & polite lady, who took all my info & got me scheduled for that afternoon with Dalton, a super knowledgeable & thorough tech who fixed our broken spring in 45 minutes & gave us a good deal & warranty on all the other movable 15 year old parts. When the other door ‘goes’ we’ll be back!
