We have a very old garage door and motor and I had a maintenance to keep it running longer after it failed last year. Precision Garage Door was great. I've always seen your trucks around town and have never had a need for my garage to be repaired in the past, until this morning when i realized the springs had broken. I called before operating hours it was answered immediately and an appointment time was set. Within 1.5 hrs of my call the door was replaced by your service tech Alan Harp who walked me through the issues, replaced the springs and reset everything as needed. I highly recommend Precision Door for their professionalism and quick response.

I called Precision Door Service first time because my door will not open. Michael Gavanditti responded. He is very informative and went an extra mile to explain how my garage doors work and how to use different buttons to enable or disable door functions. Simply based on his very positive attitude, I will refer him to anyone who wants a good garage door service done. For sure, my issue was solved. Due to heavy load, the switch was tripped so door couldn't open.

I called at 1357 spoke to Tori she was so sweet asked all the questions and was able to set up an appointment for me the same day she told me my appointment was from 1600 to 1800. I received a call from my technician Reggie asking me if he could come earlier then the appointment time and he showed up at 1448. Was able to resolve my problem with my garage door within minutes! I was impressed! I will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you!

I am a property manager and Precision Door is a great choice to service a broken garage door and warranty their work, however I had a bad experience with the replacement of a garage door opener. The technician engaged in upselling my tenant. I will not be sending any new business to this company because of the upsell. The technician also took 4 hrs instead of his estimated 1 hr to install, which by itself is not a problem, but after 4hrs it was 11pm and he called my cell to wake me up for payment, instead of having his office call in the morning or invoice my property management company.

I am a previous customer having had the same (broken door springs) issue on another door a couple years ago. Precision was prompt and courteous and my repair technician Reggie replaced all four springs on my large 18' door in about an hour with no issues.

Had a broken spring on Sunday and used the chat feature on their website to schedule an appointment. They were able to come first thing Monday morning, Tim called 30 min before to tell me he was on his way. He inspected the spring and recommended upgrading the springs and the other 5 components of the garage door, he gave me prices to just fix the spring and the total upgrade and explained why it would be best to upgrade. Amazing the difference in the garage door. I am very cautious when dealing with repair companies, but Tim did a great job in explaining the needed repairs. Great Job!

He took all the old parts and cleaned up when finished. Checked the door for any adjustments and ensured that the door was operating correctly. Great job by Wes. Spring broke around 9am - couldn't get garage door opened to get the car out. Contacted Precision Doors via their web site, and within minutes, received a phone call scheduling an appt between 4 and 6 that same day! Wes called and let me know he could come earlier so by 4:30 pm - I had a working garage door, working better and quieter than before. Everything was fully explained, options given. These guys are great ! I'd highly recommend
