I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I can’t say enough good things about, Tim, our technician. Our appointment time was between 2-4. He called letting me know he would be a few minutes early. Perfect! He explained the options and had our door fixed within 45 mins. We didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered. Tom was very easy to talk with and took the time to answer my questions. We definitely recommend Precision Doors and Tim.

I called for an appt. The technician was at my house in 2 hours. He articulated the problems. We agreed on the repairs. It took him about 2 hours for the repairs. Technician was always checking on my satisfaction. This is the 2nd time I've used Precision and would choose no other. Quality plus!

This was my first time ever having to use a garage door repair company. I went on google to find a garage door repair company and Precision door came up with some other repair companies, but for some reason I chose Precision and I thank God I did. I called them on Monday afternoon and they sent someone out on Tuesday at 3:30 pm. Not only was that a fast appointment but the technician came a little early (Michael) and look at our problem. He not only look at the problem and fixed the problem , he explained what he can do so we would not have that problem again.
