Ryan provided excellent customer service. He was prompt,courteous, experienced and highly effective. You could tell that providing real customer service mattered to him. He listened to my requests and worked very effectively to provide the desired results. By the time he left all three of my garage doors were working smoothly, he replace one belt and installed an outdoor keypad as well. Happy to recommend him for outstanding service and am very pleased with the entire experience with Precision Door Services. Did I mention that they were able to schedule same day service? and called me when they were on their way? Pricing also seemed very fair.

This company is awesome! I called Precision after 8 PM this past week for an issue with the garage door at my wife's house and they were there the next day! It turned out to be a simple fix and they took care of it with professionalism and certaintl. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door problems and will certainly use them again in the future. Great job guys!

I had used Precision many years ago and was happy with their service so when my remotes, rollers and springs failed I called them first. Tim explained the options for repairs vs. replacement very thoroughly and I chose replacement. I would highly recommend Precision to have your garage door operate like new again. My rating is 5.
