I had a spring break, trapping two cars in my garage. I called Precision and within an hour and a half I had a technician on site, 45 minutes later I had a fully functioning garage door. My technician, Nate Lewis , knew his business and was very efficient and professional. Thank you Precision for making the repair in such a timely fashion at a fair price.

I have used Precision Door on several other occasions and they have always done great work. My home is new construction and we encountered several delays in its completion. We had to reschedule our appointment and they wee more than accommodating and when we finally closed, they were right there for us. We had two garage door operators installed. We got good service, quality workmanship and a quality product all at what I thought was a reasonable price. The tech was courteous and professional and was very willing to answer any questions. He also wouldn't leave until he was sure we could operate the doors, including programming to our cars. I can't think of a reason I'd ever call anyone else. Great Job!

A bracket from the original door installation snapped, causing the springs to release and the garage door to free fall closed. Precision got a repairman out here in a few hours and he fixed everything back to like-new. Well done!

I like the fact they have been in business since 1999. The f that performed the repair (Cole) was very knowledgeable. When our garage door was opening, it hit a block of wood that we had leaned up against something & it threw it off track & one of the track supports came loose from the ceiljng. Also our remote door opener did not work unless you were 2 feet in front of the garage door, Cole fixed that as well. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with a problem with their garage door.

Don’t make the mistake and call anyone else but these guys! I happened to come across them and they responded immediately, came out right away. They repaired the problem right away and while here went over everything else to make sure there were no other issues at no charge and were extremely fair with the charge.
