Our garage doors were not working very well and we requested an appointment to have them evaluated. Nate L. was right on time for our appointment and after he had gone through checking the doors outs he gave us his professional opinion. Basically our garage doors operational system was shot and everything but the doors needed to be replaced. After he explained in detail what he would be doing to make the garage door system work effectively and giving us a quote on the work we allowed him to to complete what needed to be done. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself, explained all the work he had completed and programed all our car/keypad remotes. He explained in detailed all the warranties and left manuals explaining all details for the Genie Openers. We had used Precision Door Service in our prior home and were very pleased with their work so when we needed service on the current residence we didn't hesitate calling them. Noticed on invoice that we didn't receive the senior citizen discount I contacted their office and was told that their main office would call me back to take care of this. I feel confident this will not be an issues. They are a very professional company to do business with. Nate L. did an amazing job.

Dalton went the extra mile to arrive 45 minutes early than the appt time. He clearly explained the purpose of torquemaster which wasn't sufficient enough to support the weight of door. He replaced one broken guide wheel at no charge. He suggested to upgrade the torquemaster soon.

Both of the Techs were very polite and explained the work done and about our new garage door opener with a backup battery. They made repairs to the garage door and replaced all the rollers. Very happy with the service.

Riley was considerate and knowledgeable. He explained that our door control was probably too old to reconfigure but it was up to us. He told us how much to repair and how much to replace. I was for replace but left it up to my wife, the cheapest home repair person I know, but she listened to Riley and went with my choice. Riley went to work and we now have a new, quieter garage door opener. You may expect us to call when opener NO. 2 dies. We would always ask for Riley when service is needed.

We appreciate the work Precision did on our garage door. A new opener was installed, new rollers and a fix on one of the panels was done. The opener works great and is quite a bit quieter than before. The guys were professional and courteous. The job was done quickly. Would highly recommend.

10 out of 10!! We broke a spring this morning and my car was trapped in the garage! Made the appointment at 12:45 pm and Reggie was at my house before 4pm and it was all fixed within an hour. Very professional, dressed nicely and professional transportation. Very knowledgeable. Reggie was GREAT!!

Replaced spring and cable for the garage door. On time arrival, surveyed what work to be done. Inspected the status of the garage door as well as the unit for garage door opener. Noticed that the railing is all bent (probably) the cause of the broken spring. Advised to open and close garage door manually vice using wall mount garage door opener or hand held opener. Advised also that since the unit still is under warranty to call the manufacturer for replacement of the rail. Nate Lewis was very thorough in his assessment of the task and then some. He explained to me what work to be done in order to have an understanding of the job itself. Very thorough and meticulous in what has been tasked. Definitely if and when another door garage maintenance or replaced, I will be without hesitation recommend Precision to do the work.

Sadly, it seems very unusual to get reliable, competent, and professional service work performed anymore, but Riley from Precision Garage Door proved the exception. Riley and Precision provided excellent communication regarding the appointment and status of the appointment, he arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an accurate estimate of the work needed, immediately got to work and resolved the problem, and was courteous, professional and meticulous in carrying out his tasks.
