Precision Garage Door has been our choice ever since we made the wrong choice years ago having someone else install a new overhead door on the 25 year old house we bought in 2003. It didn't work smoothly and was noisy. Precision fixed all that then years later when the spring gave out they were Johnny on the spot. We wouldn't dream of calling anyone else for our garage door. The technician was unable to fix the issue. He said that the spindle is not rotating. I contacted LiftMaster. They are shipping me a new motor. When it arrives can your technician come back and replace the motor?
