My technician was vary professional and did really good work. Start to finish 18 min. But $266.46 to put a cable back on and adjust the pulley was vary overpriced.

I needed repairs to my garage door. I read reviews on 3 companies and decided to go with Precision as they had best reviews. They made an appointment within a day. I was impressed with the technician, Ryan. He was very professional, courteous and explained my options for repairs. I did have a new cable and rollers replaced. I would highly recommend them for any garage door needs.

I was about to leave for an appointment and the garage would only open by a foot. I went online to check what could be the problem and its a broken spring. I called Precision and was told the earliest they could send a technician is tomorrow. I pleaded for someone to come since I am stuck in the house. Hooray!!! they were able to send someone to fix the garage door. Gilbert Brown was the technician and did an excellent job of explaining the problem, what my options were to rectify the problem. He was very professional and well mannered!!! Also, I would like to mention my first contact with Precision was with Jason, he was very helpful! I am very thankful for him going an extra mile to accommodate my request of same day service. I chose Precision because of their excellent ratings!

Precision Garage Door was recommended by my bro-in-law who had a new door replacement a few years ago and has NOT had a problem. My project was to replace existing motor and replace springs. The technician actually called to see if he could come earlier than appt. and we agreed. He finished project in about 1 1/2 hrs. Very professional, personable and explained all details of work to be done. It's a 5*****!

I had a broken balance spring and worn our bearings on a very noisy door. I called and they came out the next day. The service guy knew his craft and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was quick, friendly and courteous. When he was finished we cycled the door and it was smooth and nearly silent. He did an amazing job, well worth the cost.

Tim showed up on time and ready to go. He was pleasant, professional and explained all the possible options for my door repair. Thank you very much for a superb service! I wish I would've found this company a year ago. This was the 4th time my springs broke within a year and we've lived here 14 years! Other companies would just come out and take our money and fix it without looking into WHY the springs keep failing after my concerns. You found the root cause and listened to me as the customer. There was more than springs that were the issue in which i suspected and he showed me each issue, explaining to me what the damge caused and so on. Tim is very knowledgeable, he doesn't pressure you, and he works swiftly as well. I am super impressed with the work that has been done. I will only recommend this company moving forward.
