Andreu did a fantastic job for us today. It took a bit of thinking and some work for him to figure out the problem, because the door was binding, occasionally and not opening unless the wired button in the garage was held down until the door closed. It wasn't the rollers or track alignment, but turned out to be the mounting bar from the opener to the door that was not installed properly. He fixed it after about 4 different setting attempts, and finally got it just right. It had been installed just a bit off. You are fortunate to have a man like this on your team. Thanks again for your assistance!

Excellent service from a nice and clean cut young man . I had broken rollers ang selected the lifetime package as the system had some age on it and I did not want another failure in the near future. The serviceman was helpful and showed. E where the problems were and how the were addressed. He also instructed me on how to lubricate it in the future.

We had been happy with Precision in the past. Unfortunately our 24 year old door opener was beyond help as the control panel electronics had failed and it wouldn't have made sense to repair it, even if the parts were available. Andreu replaced the old unit with a new, much quieter (nearly silent!) and more efficient one. He was meticulous in his work and was a consummate professional in every way. Thanks for the great service!

I was very please with the work done and rhe time Jason took with me explaining things to me. I am a senior and it nice when you can call get someone on phone and then they let me know I have the wrong springs on the door .Working on getting this corrected by A1A Overhead Doors who in stall then.
