our garage door opened just "died" yesterday morning. and recognizing that we are not gifted with the ability to do-it-ourselves, we called Precision for help. we got an appointment for the same day! Tim and Andrew showed up exactly when they promised, gave us an estimate, and then completed the work in an hour. courteous, professional, AND pleasant--what's not to like? we will ALWAYS call Precision for all our garage door needs, and we'll be comfortable telling our friends and neighbors as well....

Michael was great, as he explained what we needed and the value for our needs. He was very thorough, curious and had to leave before he finished. I felt comfortable leaving Michael there to complete w/o being there. He texted me when he finished and provided a call back number in case I didn't remember what he told me. E.J. was professional, efficient and extremely helpful and considerate. I feel completely confident that he diagnosed and fixed my problem in a forthright manner and worked to give me the best bang for my buck. The scheduling process was quick and flexible because they scheduled my service for the next day and then adjusted the time I set to accommodate my changing schedule.
