Tim and his helper were a knowledgeable and efficient pair of installers. Arrived on time and gave a thorough description of different packages, items in said packages and warranties associated. Timely install of my door package and walked me through everything afterwards. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t want to give my money to any other company. Opener, springs, motion sensors, wheels and touch pad.

We have used Precision Door before. Tim and his trainee, Tom, were both very professional and did a great job, adhering to CDC guidelines. We only needed a tune-up today, but Tom educated us on new garage doors and garage door openers. When we decide to replace either item, we will ask for Tim and Tom again. They were both very respectful and an asset to your company.

Recommended by a neighbor, each employee I interfaced with was professional, polite and informative. Chris has someone contact me and set a time to respond that was on the money. Mike came out and gave me a full explanation of what was needed, what my options were for the repair, with associated costs and expected time frames. Within the hour, the door was reset and new order placed. Exceptional service which I expect will continue thru the new installation. Great job by all.

Precision repaired a door opener previously for me. Another opener needed a minor adjustment prior to the sale of my home, and I called Precision because of the stellar service I received before. The tech came out the same day I called and made the minor adjustment. I was grateful for his expertise and quick service. He came to the house within the 2-hour widow the dispatcher gave, and called when he was on his way. Couldn't ask for better service. Good company and good people.

I called for service on Sat afternoon and they were here Mon morning. They promptly determined the cause of my door problem and advised me of what needed to be done before proceeding. They had all the parts with them and repair was completed in no time. They were both quite professional and personable. They sanitized their work area when done. Also, incredibly mindful to the current Covid19 concerns, he wiped down all the surfaces he touched with a lysol wipe and maintained a proper distance. Excellent service! Overhead springs broke, door would not open. Called Precision, they were here, less than 30 minutes. My 20 year old system was on it's last leg. The technicians replaced the entire system, including the motor, track and controller. Now, everything works great. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Replaced my opener. It was under warranty. Only cost to me was the labor fee. These guys are the best! I call them for all my garage door needs. Not the cheapest but the extra you pay is well worth it. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

I’m a customer for life. About six months ago they replace the broken door lift springs and worn out rollers. Today they replaced a failing door opener. They offered same day service for both repairs, we declined. However both times they were there the first thing the next day. Both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, completed the task quickly and did a good cleanup. The price was reasonable and the products are well made. When I bought the house the door had a couple of dings in it. When I decide to replace it I know who to call.

From my initial call for service to the tech saying thank you while walking away my experience was an A+. More or less woke up to a broken spring, garage door non-operable. 7:50 am placed a call to a very professional person answering and scheduling calls. Within 10 minutes had an intro call from tech with eta. Wes, tech, arrived by 8:30, very professional and attentive to everything including social distancing etc. My options and needs were explained, work commenced. Wes did his thing, showed confidence and professionalism in his efforts which made me feel very comfortable with the action plan. While don’t don’t want the need to call Precision back, I will not hesitate. Wes is a significant asset to the company. Thank for treating a customer with the highest of professionalism.

I now have had the opportunity to use Precision twice and both times I have received excellent service beginning with initial phone call I made to Precision regarding repair service on my garage overhead door. Their technicians were on time, courteous and well skilled in their trade. I am a retired home inspector after years in the field and have some knowledge of how garage doors should work and be serviced. And your technicians were so knowledgeable and fixed everything on the overhead door and the door worked like new when they were finished. Neighbor who lives across the street also recommended your company and he was very satisfied with your service. Apparently you are choosing the right people and training them well.
