This is the second time we have used Precision. Both times I assumed I would need to buy a new garage door. Both times they arrived quickly to give us an estimate and both times they were able to fix the problem without having us purchase a new door. We will definitely be buying a new door in the near future but now we can save for it. Very honest and helpful company. It's not just about selling an expensive garage door. Customer service is top notch.

Tech. TJ Edmondsonwas very professional, knowledgeable, and arrived at time he stated. He explained exactly what need to be done to fix problem and gave me different options to choose from. He never left me in the dark as he was working and never tried to upsale to make more money. The damage to our door was way beyond what I had anticipated. A bit shocked at the repair cost although everything needed replacing minus the actual doors. Service was polite, prompt and thorough. System is super quiet. Pleased overall despite the cost.

I was searching Google for a company to fix my garage door issues, when I saw your commercial on Channel 4. The appointment was made a couple of hours later and the technician (Alan Harp) was even early. Although he gave me a lot of bad news, he was patient enough to allow me and my wife to discuss and decide on the proper course of action. When it was time to work, he attacked the job and was finished in no time. He even made sure to do a good clean up when he finished. I can't thank Alan enough for his professionalism and patience, allowing us to gather ourselves as we had a major decision to make in a short period of time

We viewed the Precision Overhead Garage Door Service tv advertisements and called to have our system inspected. The Precision representative was prompt and professional. We opted to purchase a Precision system as our old opener's circuit board was not repairable. The door now closes smoothly and quietly. We received excellent instructions. Super company!!
