Highly recommend. Prompt, capable and polite. They do not try to sell you unneeded services. Not cheap, but a good value. They typically have coupons in JAX magazines like Mint. Can save you 50-75 bucks.

I called the company about acquiring a second remote for the 2nd of 3 garage doors as well as to perform maintenance on the three doors. I had a issue with programming of a new vehicle and my remote just quit working. I had tried to do my own service and gave up and called Precision. They came the same day. Frank, my tech, sorted thru the problem and solved my programming issues. While there did some maintenance on my chain drive and roller bearings. Sold me and programmed a new hand held remote and keypad. He was courteous, professional and a great problem solver.

When the gear stripped on my 18 year old garage door opener, I decided it was time for a replacement. I chose Precision even though I had not heard of them previously. The technician came out the next day and did an excellent job of replacing the opener and rollers. WOW - we did not know it was possible to have a quiet door opener. Before we could not open the door if we had guests as it would surely awaken them. Thank you for excellent service.

Billy James was our technician. He came right on time and identified himself when I answered the door. He went into the garage and said he would let us know what he found out about the door. After inspecting the door he had a list of what needed to be done and why they needed to be done. We were not able to stay for him to do the work but he said he could be at our home first thing the next morning. He was 15 minutes early and started to work. In the 2 hours that he said he would be finished the job was done. On a scale of 1 to 5 we give Billy a 5. He was fast and the work was done to our satisfaction.

He went right to work, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained what was needed and how the product would help the repair. I felt very comfortable discussing my problem and what can be done in the future. When it comes time to replace my door, I will contact this company.

They had a two hour appointment window and I was expecting a discussion and estimate of the work to be done and to set up an appointment to do the work. They were on time, gave a complete explanation and recommendation of what needed to be done. They went on to complete the requested work, explained what they had done and how to operate the system all in about 2-1/2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
