Not Happy with my Service, We are a Military Family and my spouse it’s a Real Estate Agent! We had searched prices around and the cost for Spring replacements were around $400 mark when the Rep Texas showed up we feel he used the Bait and switch tactics with his presentation and lab top, he never showed us the high end we where paying for he just showed the prices and with all the different types of springs you carry how do we know which one is which,,, And to top it off and confirm our suspicions of being taken bye his bait and switch sales tactic, On his way to his truck after we paid him he even Yahoo to his truck saying “ I love Saturday’s overtime! We are really considering putting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since we feel we were taking advantage of our situation and we’re a Victim of your unethical business Bait and switched Practices!

Great service on my garage door that had lost service during power outage !! Serviceman came promptly after phone call and fixed it, and also gave me tips on what to do if it happens again. Greatly appreciated his service !!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Precision Door Service! I first called them a couple of years ago after we had moved into the area and I was so impressed that I saved them in my phone. When I needed a garage door company again, I called them right away and they were here sooner than I could've hoped for. Just like last time, they provided excellent service with a great attitude and an excellent value for high quality of work they delivered. Tim was my service representative and he was incredible! Explained the problem Existing unit was broken, needed to be replaced Riley said I need a new motor. (I was thinking when I should set a date for a new motor) I HEAR Riley say, "I have everything in the van. And he said, "I'll print you a quote" Saw the quote, said "yes" 3 hours later, have a new motor, Riley is heading home.

I had used Percision Door in the past. This time was a bit more ergent, as the door broke on the way down and was unable to get the car out. It was very easy to make an appointment on line. I had an appointment for between 8-10AM. Cameron my technician called to let me know he was on his way at 7:45. He was so kind and polite, very professional and knew right away what the issue was. Gave me an estimate before doing any work so there was no surprise at the end, Precision Door you should be greatful to have such a wonderful employee as Cameron. Thank You Cameron

Nate was very prompt, actually arriving ahead of schedule. We were having a minor issue with our garage door but also were interested in improving the mechanics since our door was super loud. Decided to get his quote for replacing the rollers and such to get ahead of more problems down the road. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite.
