On Thursday April 30,2026. Call Precision Garage Door Service. Spoke to Agent Ashley. She was very kind and courteous. She set up service for my garage for the same day. Technician Nathan V. Called before he arrived. He was kind and respectful to me and our property. He inspected the garage door ; the garage door spring had snapped. He quoted me a price and I accepted it. He truly was professionally trained.He had the specific tools to get the job done as well as the new springs I needed. He inspected the work he has completed and made sure that the garage door was properly installed and working. I appreciate Ashley and Technician Nathan V.for making this experience with Precision positive. Grateful to have a company that I can call and recommend to all my family and friends,. I called this garage service because we couldn’t open the door. They came out quickly. They had 3 tiers for pricing. I was told they needed to replace the spring. It was an emergency situation because I needed to get the car out to go to work. The first price was 2400.00, then the second price was 1750.00 with a veterans discount. I had no idea it could cost this much. My neighbor paid 600.00 for the same problem. We didn’t know this until later. I researched later and several companies were fixing same thing for 300.00. I could have gotten a new garage door for 1400.00. Beware of this company taking advantage of seniors. I don’t know they got these good reviews with this kind of service.

I had used Precision before and was satisfied so I am a returning customer. The tech, Ray, assessed the problem after asking me what I was experiencing. Then he wrote up a quote for the proposed work, explaining my options so that I could decide what work to have done. Ray was friendly and knowledgeable. He continued to answer any questions that I might have. I am very satisfied.

The whole process was an excellent display of customer service. I first booked the appointment online without any hassle. The garage experts (Ron and Steve, if remember correctly) assigned to my home sent me a text at 11:34am when they were on the way. I should note that I selected a timeframe of between 12-2 for arrival. This is the first time I've had a service show up to my home earlier than expected. They were polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable! Not only did the fix my initial problem, they informed my of other problems I could be facing with a 20+ year old garage that hadn't been maintained by the previous homeowners. They also taught me what to look out for and how to do minor maintenance to improve the longevity of my garage mechanics. My 6 year old son had 100 questions for them, naturally, but they were so kind to answer what they could and even showed him how some tools worked. Overall i was very impressed and beyond satisfied with the customer service and repair quality. I would highly recommend them.

Our tech Winston did a great job repairing our garage door. He had such a great friendly attitude. We were very appreciative of him.
