Quick response time for intermittent garage door issues. Tech arrived early and took time to walk through options, costs, and trade-offs to repair. No hard sell tactics. I decided to replace all of the mechanical components given system age and condition. Technician was fully equipped to take care of it on that visit. I was unsure if I needed to replace my garage door opener so I called Precision to see if they could assist. Not only did they provide same-say service but they sent out a technician earlier than what I was expecting for the window I was told. When the technician arrived on site he was helpful, courteous, not overly pushy and generally seemed to want the best for us. After talking, we decided to get a new garage door opener and were more than happy with the service and quality. We learned about the company through word of mouth and am so glad we did. Would highly recommend!!!

I haven’t had my garage door checked in 3 years I have been a customer over 10 years. The technician Jeff Stromoski checked everything and made sure I knew what he was doing every step of the way. This company has always been honest and will let you know if something might be needed in the future. In today’s instance they had a cancellation and asked if they could come early and that is appreciated. I highly recommend this company for garage door services

Precision Garage Doors is the number one garage door company in Jax for many reasons. Carlos Morales, owner is honest and remembers his customers. The company is represented by a caring office staff headed by Michele. My serviceman today is Chad who exhibited great talent in flawlessly installing new door weatherstripping that made the doors new again. My doors have seen the full mix of seasons that we go through annually and have held up in praiseworthy fashion and lead me to a full recommendation to all inquiring about trust, reliability and longevity.

Had service on my garage doors yesterday. The Tech arrived on time.Did the work that he said it needed, told me how much it would cost and I paid the bill, I thought the bill was high. Check the part numbers on line . Some of the parts on line where $15.00 to $25.00 dollars, I was charged $190.00 each. Example - the flanged ball bearing was billed at $160.00. I think the price of the parts were extremely over priced. What was a good job resulted in a rip off for me and a bad mark on Precision’s reputation. I am a long-standing customer with Precision Garage Door service. Recently my garage door was moving erratically when in use. Precision sent technician Tim who investigated the problem and offered 2 options: a repair vs new door. After reviewing both options and discussing with Tim, I decided a repair was in order. Tim worked diligently and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Tim was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. For any issues that you may have regarding your garage door, please contact Precision. You will not be disappointed! They are prompted, provide great service and charge a reasonable fee. Technician Colton Coffell corrected our issue yesterday by re-aligning our safety eyes, recoding our remotes and helping us to change our pin pad batteries. This is the only company that I have ever utilized for any type of repair that provides a photo of the person who will be coming to perform the service and updates you via e-mail, etc. regarding their actual arrival time.
