Very quick response to my service call (same day). Technicians were able to effectively explain the problem and offered options and solutions. Work was completed in a couple of hours. Good clean up, I never knew they had worked in my garage. My garage door has worked without problem for several days since the repair. Good job, quick in and out, and effective clean up. Contacted Precision Door Service via chat on a Friday evening, and my garage door was repaired by 12:30 p.m. the next day (on Labor Day weekend!). The technician, HAYDEN, called to okay an early arrival for my appointment. I was happy he was able to come out early. Once he arrived, he immediately described what needed to be repaired and provided me with a quote. Hayden immediately went to work and changed my garage door springs, rollers, and tuned the entire system to work like it did when it was new. And, during his inspection, he noted a small crack on a hinge that did not require immediate action, but advised me to keep an eye on. Hayden is a garage door EXPERT. This company, and this technician, are the definition of SERVICE. Strongly recommended.

Precision Garage has done a great job for me on my garage door, but recently I lost my Garage door remote and needed it. We started noticing a strange sound with our garage door, but ignored it thinking it just needed some WD-44. Saturday morning, we opened our garage and couldn't get it to close again. I did a quick Google search and found Precision. I called and within a couple hours, I was contacted by Nate. He was very friendly, professional, and informative about the issue and the cost and warranty. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and our garage is way better than it was before including quieter than it has ever been. My garage door opener suddenly quit working. I called Precision around 1:30 PM and they said they could have someone out the same afternoon. The technician Colton arrived, evaluated the opener, and recommended I get a new opener. I am not surprised since it was over 20 years old. He had a new opener on the truck, got to work, and had everything working in a couple of hours. He was very nice and courteous. It is so nice to have a new updated opener! I definitely recommend Precision Door Service based on my experience!
