Asked to see about repairing a portion of my door. Instead I got salesman who said I needed a whole new door. Wow. So you really dont fix anything you just use that as a means to get a salesman to my house. No thank you.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for anyone that would need repairs to their garage door. A little over a year ago I had them replace my door opener and was so impressed with their work, I didn't think twice about contacting them when the garage door springs needed to be replaced. I've found their employees to be very professional and their products to be exceptional, the quality and service can not be beat.

Awesome, very knowledgeable service. Bought new high-end LiftMaster opener and replaced 13 yr old worn out parts. Our torsion springs failed with both gas trapped in the garage. We called Precision that evening based on a recommendation from a friend. The next morning Austin arrived, diagnosed the entire system, recommended changes, and completed all repairs within about two hours. My opinion is that Austin is way above average on the professional and competence scales. The 12 year old door has NEVER worked better. This organization is a rarity in today's lackadaisical mechanical service industry. They are not cheap but I can certainly recommend them to anyone that requires garage door service.

The customer service was excellent and the repairman was very well experienced. I was very impressed with everything he did... my old garage door opener was 17 years old and wore out.. i got a new garage door opener with 2 remotes and a sensors and wall mounted operer and a new touch pad and new rollers too... now it is super quiet and efficient... I couldn’t be more satisfied!! The reason I chose you was the fast service you provide... same day service as my phone call... i did call others that could not be here when needed.. I also got veterans discount... Much appreciated!!! It was a lot of money but you do have pretty good warranty also... hopefully it will last a long time!!! Thank you!!! Cathy

We were so pleased with the service provided by the Precision technicians at our former home that we called them to replace the existing garage door openers at our new home. Shane did a thorough assessment of what we would need and let us know he could get all the work done today. He contacted his office to get some additional assistance and parts delivered and everything was completed in a few hours. With new rollers and and new belt drives openers, both our doors are super quiet. Great service and equally fine products. All the technicians were very professional and thorough.
