I am so happy with my new garage door!!! It was a special order color and it is perfect. The door is so smooth you can barely hear it!!! The salesman and installers were so knowledgeable, nice and honest. The install is a perfect 10!!!! A clean, precise, perfect install. So clean!!! Our technician Wes explained with great detail everything he was doing. He made sure that we understood how everything worked. He asked us if we had any questions as he went along. He was wonderful! Technician arrived right on time, was very polite and courteous, and quickly analyzed the problem. Only took about 15 minutes to fix and I was given the opportunity test the system several times before he packed up all his tools. Quality of work was excellent.

My garage door belt broke late on a Saturday. I called Precision and they gave me an early appointment on Monday with a 1/2 hour call before. Called me first thing Mon. and was here a half hour later. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. The service man was personable and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

They showed up a little earlier to install my garage door. They removed everything quickly and reinstalled everything in under 4 hours. I asked about maintenance and they knew all the answers. This is the second time that I have used Percision and I've been very pleased both times. On todays call I was pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment. In fact Mike Danforth was an hour earlier that the specified time of between 2:00 and 4:00. He worked fast and efficient and I was very please with the cost. I will use Percision again for any garage door needs.

I saw the adds on TV and also found some coupons in Mint magazine so I thought I would give Precision a call and I am glad that I did. They came same day, where actually able to come a little earlier than scheduled. The service person was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He made several arguments and it cost me the service call only, which I was very pleased with. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely call Percision again.

Tech was prompt, efficient and quickly installed the new springs. He did a safety check and tightened up a few loose connections in addition. This was somewhat of an "emergency" situation this morning and the Company responded quickly as usual. We have been clients for 17+ years and ceertainly recommend them.
