While having a garage door repaired is not fun, Precision made the experience as painless as possible. The tech, Kole, was professional, knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated the call letting me know he could arrive earlier then promised. Precision was a refreshing change from so many business you have to deal with these days....they actually did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it and they showed up!! Highly recommend this professional company!
