Our technician, Mike, was precisely on time, quite personable, as well as informative. The company makes sure the techs have everything on the truck, so no running out for the item needed. We discussed the process, Mike offered solutions to our problem, we selected the solution and he installed the product. Mike also made sure we got instructions on programming our devices, and maintenance tips. GREAT JOB!

We were so pleased with the sales presentation for a new garage door. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The new door was just installed today. Once again, the installation experts were on time (even several minutes early), called on their way to our home, installed the beautiful new garage door in a reasonable time, competently, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I selected Precision several years ago to replace the belt drive on both my garage doors. Over the past 3 years the systems started to malfunction. It only took the technical repairman half an hour to make all the necessary repairs to get the doors back into top operations again. But, the important thing was that there was never anything wrong with the doors or the belt drives, only my poor use of a paint brush that caused the problem.

I had an emergency with my garage door falling off its tracks back in August 2011. Precision responded immediately and came out and repaired my door. It really saved the day at that time. Keeping that timely response in mind, I contacted Precision to replace broken rollers on my 34 year old door. Upon arrival it was discovered that main door spring was also broken. Received complete over haul to include;new spring system, new rollers, new opener/remotes, and a ton of alignments and much needed safety checks. The technician was fantastic and very professional. He's a KEEPER. Thank you for such great service. I will refer your firm to anyone in need of garage door service/maintenance. I am very happy with my servicing.

Precision had great reviews on NextDoor website, which is why I chose this company, and I'm glad I did. The technician, Tim, was honest in his assessment of my garage door opener and didn't try to upsell or push any particular product. Was thorough in explaining all issues and answered all my questions. Walked me through operation of the new garage door opener and even helped me program my car to operate the garage door. Super nice guy, and very competent! Would highly recommend this company.

I called on Saturday morning and was told they could have a tech out that same day between 2 and 4. Hayden called and arrived a bit earlier. He said the issue we were experiencing, a buzzing sound, wasn't doing any harm and we could continue using the garage door opener until it eventually gives out. He lubricated both garage doors while he was there, gave us a quote for a new opener, and the best part - no charge! You know we'll be calling them back when it's time for a new opener or any other problems that might arise with the garage doors.

I had used Precision several years ago to have my metal garage door rollers/wheels replaced with nylon rollers/wheels. They served me well however we started seeing signs of age (12 year old door) so made an appointment for an evaluation. We were once again impressed with the process of making an appointment and the prompt arrival of our technician to perform the evaluation. Due to the evaluation and recommendations of our technician Mike Danforth we decided to have our system upgraded and renewed with added features we did not have before. We are extremely pleased with the professional appearance - demeanor - and performance skills of Mike Danforth. We will highly recommend Precision to our family & friends. *our entire system was upgraded - everything was replaced - and the garage door completely repaired/renovated.

Someone on Nextdoor.com recommended Precision Door. I received an estimate on Tuesday, and the job was done on Thursday. Two young men showed up about 45 minutes early, which was great, removed the old wooden door that weighed a ton, installed the new door, and were finished in about 2-1/2 hrs. Fantastic job! I admire good workmanship. If only I had more garage doors for them to replace. : )

I’ve seen ads on tv about your services and called to get estimate to replace my door with another that is safer if there is hurricane. Mark was very efficient and answered my questions. I will definitely be doing this with Prevision but unfortunately I need HOA approval. Working on that.

Wes, our friendly and very knowledgeable Professional Technician arrived promptly, was prepared and outlined our options. We collaborated on what made most sense for our situation, he confirmed including the cost and jumped right into his work. Within no time, he was finished and all cleaned up.
