We called another garage door company. They said the springs needed to be special ordered and we needed to get 4 for a cost of close to $400.00. We had an appointment Friday between 9-10. by noon we had not heard anything so I called the service tech. He said the office was supposed to call and cancel because they were not able to order them. I called PRECISION and with in 1 hour and 30 min 2 of their technicians was at my house, had the product to fix my garage door in their truck, for 1/3 or more the cost, fix my garage door and was on their way and I am a happy man. PRECISION you are awesome Thank you John

Precision was professional in every way from the time they came out to do the original estimate to the time the door installation was completed. We had work to do in the garage and they were very flexible and cooperative in scheduling. The installers showed up and went right to work and were done within a few hours. They installed the door and operator and spent time ensuring we knew exactly how to operate the door, set the remotes and the keypad. Surprisingly, they completely wiped down the door when they were finished. It was a professional job from start to finish. Dan and his partner were also friendly and courteous......and the door works like a charm. We couldn't have asked for more. This was my mother in law's house. I have used them for my own place for maintenance and I will use them for the home we are having built.

We have used Precision Garage Door since approximately 2009. Our calls for maintenance/replacement of the garage door are always expedited by Precision Garage Door. The employees do an exceptional job with any and all work they have performed. In addition, the employees are respectful, courteous, & eager to explain any and all questions. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with the job prior to departing the property. We are very pleased and would not think of using any other garage door company.

Reggie ranks above almost everyone of the people we have had come to our home for repairs etc. He called ahead of time and said if we wanted he could come earlier. We deeply appreciated him doing this. He arrived with gloves and mask, as we requested. He looked at the garage door, and immediately identified the problem. It was a broken spring. We agreed on the project and he immediately went to work. We could not believe how fast and accurate he was. He lubricated our door, cleaned up and was done in record time. Reggie is a superb representative of your business. Without question, if you have a rewards system for outstanding employees, he should given one immediately. I don't say this lightly since I have run many business, government and other wise, and you just don't find many people as qualified, polite, and efficient as Reggie. Excellent experience! After a long remodel, it was amazing to have these guys come in and quickly install the absolute quietest garage door with new tracks and new motor I have ever heard! I called your business to get an honest quote on repairing my garage door, that just needed a couple of new tracks and to attach the existing springs. The gentleman that I talked to told me that because my door had a cosmetic dent on the outside it would all need to be replaced. Instead of assuming I did not know what I was talking about, your man assumed I didn’t and quoted me over $1,500 for the cheapest replacement instead of listening to what I wanted and needed. Because of this I called Overhead Door Depot who sent a nice gentleman out who listened to what I wanted and needed and agreed that I did not need a whole new door and system and gave me an awesome quote and did an awesome repair job!! You need to have your technicians listening to what the customer wants, and not try to be salesman’s trying to update what they do t need. At some point i will replace the door because of the cosmetic dent. But I will be calling Overhead Door Depot for that!
