Mr. Ahmed, It sounds like our technician did a good job at diagnosing the issue and steered you in the right direction to getting this resolved. I apologize that we only earned a 3 star rating, as I am sure that you can understand, we are not able to warranty a product that another dealer installed. Once you receive the part, you can schedule to have us install the part and will only be charged the labor for our time to come to your home and install. Thank you!

I have used Precision Door on several other occasions and they have always done great work. My home is new construction and we encountered several delays in its completion. We had to reschedule our appointment and they wee more than accommodating and when we finally closed, they were right there for us. We had two garage door operators installed. We got good service, quality workmanship and a quality product all at what I thought was a reasonable price. The tech was courteous and professional and was very willing to answer any questions. He also wouldn't leave until he was sure we could operate the doors, including programming to our cars. I can't think of a reason I'd ever call anyone else. Great Job!

We have used Precision in the past and were very pleased with their work. A bracket from the original door installation snapped, causing the springs to release and the garage door to free fall closed. Precision got a repairman out here in a few hours and he fixed everything back to like-new. Well done!

This is the second time we have used Precision and were very satisfied once again. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and suggested the repair needed. He had the necessary parts with him, replaced them and explained everything he did. He also took the time to check over the rest of our system and lubricated the spring and wheels. Reggie arrived ahead of my appointment time, called prior to arrival, and was the ultimate professional and got the job completed ahead of his estimated time. The technician was unable to fix the issue. He said that the spindle is not rotating. I contacted LiftMaster. They are shipping me a new motor. When it arrives can your technician come back and replace the motor?
