We just moved to St Augustine to a 15 year old house. The garage door opener only opened one of the doors! The tech who helped us arrived on time, was courteous and very competent and quickly had the old clicker programmed to open both garage doors. Hooray! Another problem solved. We will definitely use this company when we want to upgrade the garage door opener system.

Wes Texas was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and knew everything inside and out about garage systems and how they work. Would 100% recommend not only him but this entire company to anybody I know! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was hilarious. Felt like I could talk to him for hours. Was quick and very efficient as well. Wes deserves high praise for his work!

From the initial inquiry call, to meeting the field sales rep to the install.......all went smoothly. I was kept in the loop while the door was ordered, permits were pulled and then prompt installation. The installation crew were nice, helpful and paid attention to detail. I will recommend them and definitely use them again!

Totally disappointed! First of all chatting with the rep on line i wasnt tild that they only have Genie products! I was then told i have two choice both were 550 each with a lifetime warranty so we said ok he cane back to the garage and said this door is not in good shape we can out the opener on at 550 but can only give you a two year warranty! Now why would i pay 550 for a two year warranty instead of a lifetime warranty real ! So needless to say charged me the service fee if 49.00 please be aware ! Was her less than 15 mins and iam out if 49.00 and mind you this company came out years ago to fix the veru dame garage door’ ism just saying needless to say no new opener installed calling another company

r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he'd walk me thru with the wife's SUV programming. Doesn't get better than that.

"Overhead" has an outstanding reputation and lived up to that on this service call. Roberto, the technician, was knowledgeable and friendly and very efficient. One comment, don't advertise coupons on you web page if you are not going to honor them when you select "a package" offer.

I called for service and tech Hayden came to the house. He examined the door and new exactly what to do to fix it. His confidence in what he was doing was obvious. After one hr this young man had my door purring. I would call Precision again without a second thought. There was no up selling just the repair thank you Hayden good job
