Precision was very responsive I called and they showed up a hour later. My Garage Door would not close. I had a wonderful technician named Hayden Saari he explained everything to me and fix the spring in the door. The price was very reasonable and fair. Hayden cleaned up the area and went over all the repairs he made. Highly recommend asking for Hayden and will use this company again.

Texted what I needed through the website. New garage door and opener. Mark met us for quote. Was able to come early, which was great. Details of quote were clear. Didn't try to over sell. Recommendations were spot on. Sent quote and got appt set up sooner than expected. The installers Chance and his partner called to see if ok to be a little early. We were told how long it would take and what they would be doing. They cleaned everything up and even painted the wood frame they needed to install to match the door. We are super happy with all of the employees professionalism in talking with them as well as the work completed. It took three months to research and find a company I felt would do a great job. They had the best reputation. Their price was more than fair. I will be using them from now on.

After discussing several options to fix my problem, Dalton quickly did the install, tested the system, and cleaned up after himself. There was no sales pitch or pressure and Dalton answered all of my questions and helped me make what I think was the best solution for my problem. Installed a new garage door, looks like a professional did it. 2 months later lightning hit lost power and the door would not work. Their tech came out reset everything. It works like new. These guys are the real deal!
