I highly recommend Precision Door Service! My opener went out and I called for an appointment at 8:30am and someone was at the front door at 9:45am. The total time for installation and repairs for a complete opener and rollers was about an hour! The new unit is super quiet! Very satisfied with the quality of the new unit! And no worries about having to leave the door open waiting for a repair since they came out right away.

I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I can’t say enough good things about, Tim, our technician. Our appointment time was between 2-4. He called letting me know he would be a few minutes early. Perfect! He explained the options and had our door fixed within 45 mins. We didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered. Tom was very easy to talk with and took the time to answer my questions. We definitely recommend Precision Doors and Tim.

Thanks to Dalton for his professionalism and courtesy. He arrived on time, efficiently removed the old door opener and replace it with a new model. He also programmed the door opener in our car. He was pleasant and left the work area clean. All good performance by your technician. Additionally he called before he arrived. I only wish the phone company could learn that lesson. I called for an appt. The technician was at my house in 2 hours. He articulated the problems. We agreed on the repairs. It took him about 2 hours for the repairs. Technician was always checking on my satisfaction. This is the 2nd time I've used Precision and would choose no other. Quality plus!

This was my first time ever having to use a garage door repair company. I went on google to find a garage door repair company and Precision door came up with some other repair companies, but for some reason I chose Precision and I thank God I did. I called them on Monday afternoon and they sent someone out on Tuesday at 3:30 pm. Not only was that a fast appointment but the technician came a little early (Michael) and look at our problem. He not only look at the problem and fixed the problem , he explained what he can do so we would not have that problem again. I loved everything about Precision Door and the professional technician (Michael) that they sent over. If you ever need a garage door repair please , please call Precision Door. You will be highly satisfied.

Our garage door quit working this morning. Your company was the first one we saw with a 5 star rating on Google and now we see why! When we called at 7am, someone answered and got our details. The technician was at our house by 8am. He was friendly, courteous and didn't pressure into unnecessary parts. We would definitely use this company again.
