I was very surprised and pleased that a service person came out the day I called and on time. I wasn’t happy with the price I was quoted and the total amount. I called and explained my feelings. Michele took care of my situation and her only concern was making the customer happy!!! Bravo to this company for their absolute customer service!

The cables and the pulleys were worn and garage door wouldn’t close properly. I called around 6pm on 8/26 and the repairman arrived at 9:45am on Friday 8/27 and was here approximately 1 hour. Alan was very efficient and neat. I give y’all 5stars . I am a previous customer and very satisfied with your company.

Wow! I woke up to a garage door that wouldn't let me out. I called Precision at 8:30. Their Technician, Alan, showed up at about 10:00 and was finished and gone by 11:00. Alan was pleasant and efficient. I'm very impressed by the service provided by Precision. Thank you Alan!

I was very pleased with the technician Roberto and how quickly I was contacted after scheduling for service and replacing a broken spring. I spent the better part of 2hours price shopping, waiting on return calls voice mails etc. Don't waste your time as I did, this company was professional from the very beginning(they actually answered my call) to the completion of work. I was happy with the results! They also honored the coupon found at the end of there webpage.

I called Precision Door Service this morning not knowing if my garage door could be repaired or need to be replaced. Tim arrived early afternoon and after going through a safety check list, he was able to replace several worn parts and I now have a good as new garage door and he was in and out in less than an hour.. Needed a Torsion conversion. Tech came out and was right on time and had same day service. Tech was extremely nice and very professional. Got the job done as promised and I am very pleased with the work and after work clean up. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The service agent was an hour early, which was a big help. He was courteous and professional and gladly explained he work whenever I had questions. He had to work extra hard to remove the old springs because of sticking spots on the rod. As part of the overall service, he lubricated all the pertinent areas of the door for a smooth and quiet open/close.

I called for service on Monday and was given an appointment on Tuesday. That in itself was amazing! Nate came out to assess the issue with my door not opening properly. I thought it might be the limit switch but it turns out to be something different. Nate was very informative & answered all my questions. The door situation is not urgent so I will follow-up with the new part at a later time. Great service all around!

Installer "Reggie" was very knowledgeable about his job putting new springs on my garage door, he told me things that I had not thought about concerning my garage door, gave me advice on what to replace, and how much it was going to cost. I really appreciate his honesty about getting my door up to par, and it didn't take him long to fix my door, if I have any more problems with my door, I will be sure to call "Precision".

I have used Precision for over 10 years. They arrive on time and often early if possible. The technicians are all very professional. Caution: If you search for Precision on the Internet the first garage door business that comes up may not be them so scroll down - I almost called the wrong business because I didn't pay close attention.

Fantastic service. Frank was excellent, answered all my questions and gave me a quick tutorial on what to keep my eye on in the future to avoid other problems. I originally called for a broken spring and ended up with a more complete tuneup that included new bearings and nylon rollers. I am definitely not going to find a noisy neighbor sign hung on my garage door now.
