Nic was very informative, kind, thoughtful and professional. He lubricated my doors made proper adjustments and showed operation and maintenance. He even showed me the type of battery in my remotes. There are not many like him! Please consider giving him a big raise. He even talked about AC&DC motors with the different models. This is the truth. This is not fake. Please consider his future. I usually don’t comment, but he is worth it!

Kalen is a great technician! He came out on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener and gave me a free estimate. Had we not been moving I would have definitely had him perform the garage door opener replacement. Although, I will definitely use and recommend Precision Garage Door Service for our new home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael from Precision Garage Door Service, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service he provided. From the moment he arrived, Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He serviced our garage door keypad and went above and beyond to ensure the entire system was running smoothly. Michael took the time to explain everything he was doing and kept me fully informed throughout the process, which was greatly appreciated. He was meticulous in his work, tightening cables and bolts, and made sure the garage door was properly aligned on the track and closing as it should. His expertise really showed, and I felt confident that my garage door was in great hands. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and their fantastic team, especially Michael. My garge door became inoperable due to a broken spring. I contacted Precision and scheduled a repair. The technician, Dalton, arrived on time after notifying me that he was on the way. The door was assessed and an estimate for the repair was provided. Dalton explained the repair, the prices for the parts and added a few suggestions. All needed parts were available on the service vehicle. There was no high pressure salesmanship and the repairs were completed in under an hour. Dalton obviously knows his business, was professional, respectful, and friendly. This was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and Dalton. I will use this company for any future door repairs or replacements.

I chose Precision because I am fed up with my current garage door company. I have had the same issue 3 times. The garage door opener is 3 years old. I should’ve had that many issues with the travel module. The technician that came by was courteous, professional and very helpful.

My garage door’s spring and cables snapped around 3:00 pm. I called and the technician was at my door at 4:00 pm. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed in layman’s terms. He gave me a list of what needed to be done starting with the most important down to least. He explained each and I told him yes or no. If I need any further repairs, I want that technician!
