We do annual maintenance after years of using this company. This year we replaced the bottom seal and the tech had it with him. No need to wait! I love that they send a picture of their technician to you before they arrive. The only thing I was somewhat dissatisfied with is that no one in the office nor the technician could tell me what gold package high cycle was on an old invoice. I didn't know if it was a maintenance package we previously purchased.

Walter was my technician on 8/11/2025, whom I requested for service for a Genie coupler that was replaced in 5/2023. Walter is very professional and demonstrates honesty and integrity in recommending needed service and explains the needed repairs. He is loyal to his company and his superiors judging by our pleasant exchanges. I would rate Walter 5 STARS for his service! I question why the coupler needed to be replaced in 2 years at considerable expense to me. It appears that the springs replaced by a Precision technician in 2/2022 were not designed to handle the weight of my door. This in time affects the coupler, all reasonably logical. When Reggie, the technician replaced the broken springs in 2/2022 after 26 years of reliable service, he distinctly said when bringing in the new replacement springs, "These are NOT the springs I usually would install, but I don't have those on my truck now. But with your type of use, these should work for you." Rather than telling me that he would have to go to the shop and get the correct springs or make an appointment for the next day, HE made a CHOICE by telling me they should work and installed the springs. Given that my garage door is usually only opened and closed a few times a week, it's obvious that the springs installed should NOT have been installed. It was irresponsible and unprofessional. On a limited income, I had to replace a coupler and springs because of this Precision employee. AN
