Made adjustments, lubed door, adjusted opener travel limits. The team that installed my Genie came out promptly, gave me an estimate, and had all the material they need to install the Door opener. They did it in less than two hours and provide instructions on how to code fobs. They were very friendly, curious, and efficient. They cleaned up and left with no trace other than a brand-new garage door opener. I recommend them highly!

The whole process was great from the telephone call to make the appointment thru the completion of full service on the complete door and all associated parts. The opener was 27 years old and acting up and after discussing the problems with the Technician, Tim V, I decided to have him replace the opener. Excellent installation and is super quiet. I would recommend them to anyone needing any garage door service.

Tim Van Vuren was our technician and he did a fabulous repair job everything was explained and options offered. New springs, cables,rollers, rod bearings and one hinge replaced. Our 40 year old door now has new life all done in around an hour and at a fair price. PDS is the best very satisfied.

Outstanding service!! Called around 2:00pm to set up a time to fix my 2 car garage door on a Friday afternoon before a 3 day holiday weekend. The person set an appointment between 4-6 pm that day for someone to be out to fix the problem. Tim ( exceptional service tech ) called within a hour and said we would be able to be there early. I rarely have repair personal work quickly and professionally at my house. He explain clearly the options I had…once approved he accomplished the work quickly not missing anything and 45 minutes later I have a garage door back in action working better that ever. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARAGE DOORS OF JACKSONVILLE!!!
