My 17 year old garage door was showing its age. I called Precision on the advice of a neighbor. They came out ready to work!!! The analyzed the door’s problems which were more than I suspected and immediately began implementing fixes. They are EXPENSIVE - but in my experience it’s cheaper to pay an expert’s rates than a paying a novice to do it over again. My door is working like it’s brand new and even looks better. The replaced bad hinges - added stiffeners and replace aging pulleys and cables! All in a couple of hours.

Tim from Precision Garage Service was incredible today. Saved me! My spring broke and unbeknown too me it was only a matter of time before I had even more problems. Showed up 20 minutes early, very polite and courteous the entire time. Explained everything in great detail and gave me options with different costs. When I initially called I was given a window of time for that very same day. Within an hour I received a message from the technician asking if he could come earlier. The repair turned out to be extensive but there was room to negotiate some solutions and the manager approved nearly $500 worth of free rollers with the other work.

Precision Door service installed a new door opener for my mother about 2 years ago and she has been very satisfied with the work and opener. I made an appointment online to have my spring system replaced due to age and it was making unusual noises. Tim Van Buren was my technician and he was great. He actually called and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving, he was able to work with my budget and installed a new spring system with a warranty that works awesome now. He finished the entire job including removing all old parts before the quoted time which was very much appreciated.
