Precision Garage Door Service provided excellent service from start to finish, which is rare these days. Our garage door mysteriously came crashing down on our windshield as my husband was backing into the garage (thank goodness he was ok and so was our car), but our garage was stuck open overnight. First thing Monday morning I got online and searched for garage door repair and found PGDS and booked an appointment for 2 hours later. The Tech was Riley who provided excellent communication and walked us through what went wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was very precise and did great work. We just bought our home a few months ago and have been renovating it and this was the first service provider that we didn’t have to clean up after. I would give 10 stars if it were available. Thank you for providing such great service!

I called after 6pm on Tuesday and had my garage door fixed on Wednesday. Fast reliable service. Riley was our technician he explained everything very well and didn't push anything on us. He was very polite, honest and respectful of our property. He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was in working order. We had new springs and a new garage door opener installed.

I needed to have an issue fixed with the garage door in order to pass inspection to close on my mother's home. Precision Doors was quick to schedule an appointment and Riley gave me a heads up call before he came so that I could meet him at the home. I am seventy six years old to start off with. I explained to Riley Holloway-Heim`that I was having difficultly raising the garage. He took a few minutes to check rollers, roller brackets for wear and tear on the bearings and roller track for areas that needed attention. Riley lubricated bearings and brackets for smooth operation. He then adjusted the spring for proper tension and made adjustment to both springs. Garage door opens and closes very easily. Riley and I talked a bit after the work was done. I enjoyed passing some of my life experiences on to him. It was a fun experience. Riley is a great asset to Precision Door Service.

Contacted the company early on a Monday evening and was advised that a technician would be scheduled to arrive between 10 and 2 the next day. Received a telephone call from the technician at 9.45 the next morning and he arrived just before 10 on schedule. Explained the problem and he was able to quickly identify the issue being a broken spring for the garage door. He explained the problem in detail and provided an estimate which upon approval, was accepted and he then made the necessary repairs with a new spring. The technician was very helpful and a delight to work with. His name is Riley Holloway-Helm and a credit to the company. I shall recommend your company in the future to all who require a first- rate garage door service.

The two young men arrived sooner than expected -- after calling to ask if it was okay. Both were friendly, respectful, and helpful. They worked efficiently and patiently answered several questions about my door and remote-entry system. After they left, I felt like my door -- parts of it quite old -- had been restored and would continue to give good service for some time to come. I hope and trust that I won't be disappointed.
