This was my second interaction with Precision. The opener was failing, and the torsion bar was reaching the end of its useful life. The technician was very helpful and explained why the previous spring had broken was because of bearings being worn out and the company that had done work replacing the previous spring’s used the wrong springs on door. Nate was awesome. There was some problems connecting the unit to the internet and he stayed until everything was working correctly which required a phone call to genie. Called on a Sunday and received same day service. Noah was out tech. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my springs which was the reason for service. But Noah also readjusted the entire door making a tight fit. Huge bonus because I thought the slop couldn't be repaired. Great work.
