Fantastic team. Recently purchased our home in Jacksonville, which was in great shape with some minor, necessary repairs. One of these included some general maintenance, replacement and repair of the OH garage door component assembly parts and opener. Precision was able to provide servicing for all these items at a great price point and with excellent warranty provisions. They've become a go-to for me moving forward! I'd highly recommend their team for any garage door servicing requirements.

We upgraded our three garage door openers with modern Bluetooth and Wi-Fi units controlled by our phones. System works beautifully. The service was very prompt and courteous. Extremely happy with the product and the service. We had a minor issue after the system was installed, and it was addressed immediately by the technician. Highly recommend this company.

Technician Kalen King arrived the same day I called for service. He was very personable, helpful and professional. My garage door was moving very slowly and I was afraid my vehicle would be trapped inside my garage. Kalen checked it out, explained what he suggested I needed to have done and got to work immediately. My door now works almost silently. It's like a whole new garage door. I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by Kalen and Precision Garage Doors!

In the early evening my garage door suddenly failed with a loud clang and wouldn’t raise up. Called Precision immediately and they had a repairman out early the next day. The repairman called me with an estimated arrival time before showing up. After inspection he provided a list of everything that needed attention and was very clear that beyond a couple of critical items that needed to be fixed to bring the door back in service, he would do what I chose to have him address (no up-selling here). I ended up doing everything on the list anyway because my home is almost 30 years old and it was time for a major tune-up. I was very impressed with the company and the expertise and professionalism of the repairman. Highly recommended.

I called Precision on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a voice message. I was surprised when a live person answered the phone and more surprised when they scheduled the service for the same day. Kalen arrived in the time slot promised, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. He did everything quickly and professionally and explained how to use the new opener. He even took the time to program my car to the new unit - above and beyond!
