I replaced my garage door opener twelve years ago, using Precision. Everyone remarks how quiet it is. Since that time, when something goes wrong, I call you first. Yesterday the rubber pulley broke unexpectedly. Brian was here within two hours. Having had the springs replaced six months ago, I will have the pulley replaced. Next time the springs go, I will use Precision for a new door installation. Mine is wood, heavy and 34 years old. Precision is dependable, professional and most of all honest. Most highly recommend. When my garage door opener failed to operate correctly, I called Precision Door. The technician, Brian arrived at the appointed time and went to work troubleshooting the problem. He informed me that unit had broken a coupling and recommended a new opener. I said Ok and he quickly installed a new Genie garage door opener. Brian was fast, efficient and he cleaned up the little mess that he made. Great job. I now have a new "quiet" garage door opener. Thank you.

With the weekend, I was worried that no one would be able to fix the door for several days and that the garage door would be stuck in that position.. Although, they do not work on my type of garage door opener, chain driven, they provided a thorough understanding of the issue and provided a possible solution via another vendor that might. They also pointed out the imbalance of my door and weight factor. I had them adjust the spring to obtain the balance with a noticeable difference. They also provided an estimate for a full replacement which they service.

The Precision representatives were A+. I purchased a new garage door from them about 10 years ago and they have serviced maintenance issues since then. Recently, I backed into my garage door and bent the frame of the door. I called Precision late in the day and they came the next morning. It was determined that I needed two new panels to get the door stabilized and they came back the same day several hours later to make the repairs. I am so grateful for Precision.
