I was heading into work on a Friday morning, only to learn that the garage door broke halfway down its track. With the weekend, I was worried that no one would be able to fix the door for several days and that the garage door would be stuck in that position.. I called Precision and a representative answered the phone immediately. A very capable serviceperson arrived at my house within one hour. Although, they do not work on my type of garage door opener, chain driven, they provided a thorough understanding of the issue and provided a possible solution via another vendor that might. They also pointed out the imbalance of my door and weight factor. I had them adjust the spring to obtain the balance with a noticeable difference. They also provided an estimate for a full replacement which they service.

The Precision representatives were A+. I purchased a new garage door from them about 10 years ago and they have serviced maintenance issues since then. Recently, I backed into my garage door and bent the frame of the door. I called Precision late in the day and they came the next morning. It was determined that I needed two new panels to get the door stabilized and they came back the same day several hours later to make the repairs. I am so grateful for Precision. Brian responded to the initial call and Chase followed up with the repairs. Called Precision today around 3 p.m. installed was here about 40 minutes later. Installed two new garage doors and programmed three remotes. Worked constantly until after 7 p.m. And did a great job on the installation and clean up. Explained how to use the remotes, explained about the warranty. Good experience.

Seeing Precision trucks in the area confirmed the company was locally owned. I was behind one truck at a light and took a photo of the phone number. When I returned home, I called and Ashley immediately gave me an appointment for the next day. She was professional explained the details of the service call.
